Advise to book appointment in advance to ensure you can do the massage at the timing you want. Reception was welcoming and redemption of Klook voucher was easy. Massage was relaxing. Overall good experience and conveniently located in Pratunam shopping area

Sooo good!! The therapist took her time, her movements were slow and with the right about of pressure. All the tension and body ache from all the walking and carry of heavy things were gone. The place is clean and relaxing atmosphere. I called first to book an appointment before buying the Klook voucher just to be use I'll be able to use it at my desired time. To get there, in Berkeley Hotel take the elevator going to 11th floor, then walk going to the North Tower (there are signs), then at the North Tower take the elevator going down to the 10th floor.

我住在伯利克酒店，用內線打電話就可預約，地點超方便，就在酒店內。跟同系列按摩店一樣，按摩前會有飲品，完後有芒果糯米飯。房間寬敞，按摩床舒服，按摩師手法也很好。

The two-hour Thai massage we had, I don't think it was worth it. The lady even went to the toilet and took a long time to come back. I even returned before her, even though she went to the toilet first. I've had many Thai massages before in various places, but I was disappointed with the massage here. I think one hour is enough. The ambiance of the place is nice, the mango sticky rice is delicious, and the environment is clean.

repeat purchase during our trip! :) we chose a different massage this time round. we got to bath before our massage! first time experiencing bath before aromatherapy. masseur also wiped us off at the end too!! not sticky at all after the massage as we continue our bangkok trip. mango sticky rice is awesome

My first experience with Let's Relax and all I can say is I will definitely be back!! After purchase of tix, we emailed for reservation. The reply was quick. Quality and service was definitely much better compared to road side Massage parlor. It is definitely worth it!

本想按120分鐘的，但時間關係，最後決定來個我同媽咪都未試過的四手按摩60分鐘。買完後email 預幾，快速回覆，只是酒店的入口有點難找。上到去好快便安排開始，換拖鞋，welcome drink是凍香茅茶，然後幫客人洗腳，再帶入房間，兩個按摩師都夠力沒有hea做，舒服。最後還有一份靚靚芒果糯米飯和冰茶。let’s relax 大集團，環境衛生舒服，有信心。推介
