The entire process, from hotel pickup to the Cultural Village, then to the Safari Park, and finally back to our hotel, was relatively smooth. The only issue was a language barrier. We tried speaking very simple English, but they didn't seem to understand us. We weren't aware that the entrance ticket to the Cultural Village was included, and the staff asked us to pay to enter. However, the organizer contacted me the next day to confirm it was included and processed a refund. Additionally, we felt quite lost in the Cultural Village as we didn't know what was complimentary and what wasn't. Nevertheless, the village was very peaceful and calming. Aside from these points, the tour was considerably worth it. The best part was the close-up experience with the animals!

It's a lot of fun, you can get up close to the animals, the zoo is huge, and there are many animals to see. The animals are all well-fed and plump, and you can even feed a tiger yourself 😂

Overall, it was a very good experience. The driver was very nice and told us where and when to meet, settled our tickets for us, and helped as our translator with the locals. The drive was about 2.5 to 3 hours one way, but it was very smooth. Highly recommend.

We specifically traveled to Thailand to take photos with giraffes. The product information stated that if we wanted to take photos with giraffes, we should contact Klook customer service directly and pay an additional 1000 baht on-site. I had confirmed this twice with Klook customer service and asked them to add a note to my order in the email. The travel agency also showed the time. However, upon arriving at the zoo, the staff told us that we did not have a reservation! This is ridiculous! I immediately wrote back to the travel agency, and both parties were pushing responsibility onto each other. The travel agency told us that we hadn't responded. I sent screenshots of my conversation with customer service to the travel agency, but the travel agency then said Klook hadn't responded to them? And Klook said I needed to respond myself? Klook, what kind of scam is this? I booked with Klook today and confirmed our needs, and I still have to contact the travel agency myself? What's the point of using Klook then? If this is Klook's logic, I advise everyone to find a travel agency themselves—Klook just helps with advertising. What a waste of time! If there's no photo opportunity, I might as well go to a regular zoo; no need to waste time!

The driver acted as a guide, was very friendly and punctual. She would wait for us in the car, help us communicate with locals and buy tickets. However, the zoo was too small; the visit was over in half an hour, and the journey there was even longer than the visit itself.
