Destaques de Pai: Excursão Privada de Um Dia Saindo de Chiang Mai

Three women were planning a trip to Pai, a place they'd always wanted to visit. We heard that transportation in Pai can be inconvenient, so we booked a daily private tour. First, it was so comfortable to travel privately just among ourselves. A large car came that could fit all our luggage, and there was a separate driver and guide. The guide took many photos for us and was incredibly kind, which was wonderful. We made great memories in Pai on a day with beautiful weather!

Tour guide Surangrat was patient and knowledgeable. Even though the drive there and back was arduous due to the many road bends, Pai is a place that should not be missed.

As I didn't have plans to stay overnight in Pai, I chose this tour. Thanks to Mr. Art's skilled driving, we navigated the winding, dizzying road into Pai without issue. The planned itinerary was followed perfectly, and it was a comfortable round trip.

This tour was amazing, and Pai is a must-see place if you're visiting Chiang Mai. I would 100% recommend.

I was very satisfied with a one-day tour I took with your company in the past. However, after completing today's tour, I am extremely disappointed. This itinerary was supposed to include a Thai lunch, a strawberry farm, a coffee shop, and a canyon. However, the tour guide informed us that none of these attractions or the lunch were included. What was most surprising was that these attractions should have been included without extra charge, but I had to individually verify and remind the guide about each one. It was only after multiple discussions with the supplier that they were arranged for free. Furthermore, it wasn't the right season for strawberries, so there were no strawberries to be found at the strawberry farm, which was even more disappointing. Additionally, according to the itinerary, lunch should have been Thai, but we were only arranged for a Yunnanese lunch (10 dishes, white rice, and soup) and a visit to a hill tribe village (which was not part of the original one-day tour itinerary). Also, we had heard from friends that the "Treehouse" was quite beautiful, but we were very disappointed to find it closed upon arrival! The tour guide informed us that the "Treehouse" had actually been closed for three years. If your company regularly updated attraction information with local tour agencies, it is highly likely that today's situation would not have occurred. In summary, I am very dissatisfied with the itinerary and arrangements provided by your company and am considering not participating in any future tours organized by your company.

The sightseeing was great, overall. We weren't given a choice to pick either an English or Chinese (Mandarin) speaking tour guide but were "assigned" a Chinese-speaking person. The tour guide didn't do a good job, in our view – he didn't explain the details of each place we visited and didn't check if we had questions. Not to mention, he missed one location that was apparently not on his job sheet (or something).
