The tour was fun! My nephew enjoyed the snow experience in Mt. Fuji and the added shopping experience at Gotemba. The lunch was also very good! I wish the shopping time was longer but other than that, I have no complaints. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this tour package. HIS was very professional, and we're very grateful to the authentic and highly professional driver. A big thank you to Sam, our super thoughtful guide who spoke both Chinese and English. We were so lucky to see the entire Mount Fuji, truly rode the pirate ship around the lake, enjoyed an all-you-can-eat barbecue at a shared table, and played on the snow slide with a snow sled, all with the magnificent Mount Fuji right behind us. We then headed straight to the Hill Side of Gotemba Outlet. We are so thankful for this lucky and wonderful day ^^

Hassle-free experience. Ride was smooth although we felt it’s a bit rushed. The Hakone Pirate ship was a bit underwhelming . We were expecting have a good view of the Mt. Fuji during while on the ship but it was just views of the mountains. Lunch is super rushed - you get all-you-can eat but is limited to 1 hour only. This is same with the Gotemba stop. You only get 1 hour but the place is huge so make sure to know which stores you want to visit by the time you get there. Make sure to drop by Tully’s Cafe and Tea to get a majestic view of the Fuji. Even with the rushed itinerary, we were happy overall as we get to experience snow and see Mt. Fuji.

I mainly booked this tour because it goes to the pirate ship. I didn't want to wait using the Hakone Pass and go all the way to the last stop, so thanks for including this! I would summarize the tour as a glimpse of everything. In winter, you get to go snow sledding at Mt. Fuji station, which is quite fun, and then go to Gotemba Premium Outlets (this was super rushed!).

It was a nice tour. The only downside is that everything is time-limited, but we still enjoyed it a lot!

The trip was amazing! We were so lucky to see Mount Fuji so clearly. Our tour guide, Kun-san, was punctual, informative, and shared many interesting insights along the way.
