Our family had such a fun time in Yeti! Even though we only chose the sled package, we felt like it was just right for our first time. Our tour guide, Juna, was proactive and made some jokes here and there, which made the experience more pleasant. We also really appreciate the restroom stopovers along the way. The sky was clear when we got there and we were able to have the best pictures of Mt. Fuji! I suggest checking local sources first for the weather before deciding which day to book. Please also note that the travel back home would take 3-4 hours due to some traffic. Nonetheless, would definitely book this experience again!

The best tour to go and enjoy skiing, suitable for all levels. Juna, the guide and instructor, is very patient, she supports and motivates you, making it an incredible experience! I recommend it 100%. It was one of the best experiences we had during our visit to Japan!

One of the highlights of our Japan tour. We had such an amazing experience! Our tour guide Ms. Juna was super jolly and friendly, always making sure that everyone is enjoying the tour. She even taught me and my son how to ski. She was very patient and supportive. Seeing my son ski for the first time was such a proud moment! The resort itself is really nice, especially with the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience for our family.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had while in Japan, and it’s totally worth the money. Everything was super organized from the start—no stress about rentals and passes. The tour guide was really nice and made sure everyone was comfortable, whether you were a beginner or more experienced. Skiing with Mt. Fuji right in the background is unreal. If you’re new to skiing or a slow learner, I’d definitely recommend getting the package with lessons. It helps you use your time more effectively, so you’re not just struggling on your own.

Before the meeting, the tour guide will call and check on you. My son and I enjoyed the place; we really had a great day staying at Yeti. The tour was on time. It was a really good experience.

The sleigh area was still under improvement when we arrived on December 2, 2025. I think it would be more enjoyable if that area had 100% machine-made snow.

Booking is convenient through the Klook app. Our tour guide for this time was Juna, and she was very nice and even had time to play with our toddler. The pit stop also provided enough time for tourists to refresh, buy snacks, and make a quick trip to the restroom. The trip had good views to offer, and we were able to enjoy the trip. The resort was big and had a nice sled area. The resort staff even gave advice to us, who were experiencing snow for the first time, on how to sled properly. There is a coin locker for storage, restaurants for meals and snacks, and snow equipment rentals as well. Overall, a memorable and great experience for this trip!

This tour was truly the right solution for me, as I was traveling to Japan alone. I was so happy when it suddenly snowed upon my arrival; it was absolutely amazing. I want to thank our tour guide, Juno, she is wonderful.
