They were very responsive on chat! They picked us up from Puli Bus Station, but it took a while for the wind to pick up, so in total it took around 2 hours. The instructor Datong was very fun, though he had to use an app to translate his instructions. He let me experience the roller coaster experience, which was very fun.

The paragliding experience wasn't scary at all! I used to wonder if I'd be too afraid to jump off the cliff, but the truth is my feet were already airborne before we even reached the edge. The view from above was stunning, and the wind felt so comfortable. The sun was dazzling, and the weather on the day of the flight was perfect with good air currents. The instructor was very kind and took me really high up. It was so much fun! I really want to go again next time!

This was my child's first paragliding experience. I was worried he'd be scared, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing! 👍 The instructor flew with him for a long time, and the entire experience was truly beyond words. 💞 What's even better is the convenient pick-up and drop-off service, which saved me the hassle of transportation. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone if I get the chance. They're the ones to go with! 👍

Yesterday was my first paragliding experience, and I was so excited! We were about to take off, and thankfully, the insurance and physical coordination with the instructor were great. Many thanks to the instructor for the detailed explanation and for guiding us both through the takeoff. It was an amazing and surprising experience! 🙆🙌🈵🈵🍀🙌👍🙌♥️ We are two adventurous travelers.

The booking process was fast, and the vendor's response was also prompt. They were able to pick me up from the hotel where I was staying in Puli and drove me to the mid-mountain meeting point for the flight. Even though we had to wait for the wind to pick up, once it did, the entire flight experience was fantastic. Instructor Liu was experienced, and we managed to fly to a height of 1,200 meters, with the whole flight lasting around 25 minutes. I saw a blurred distant view of Sun Moon Lake (due to cloudy weather). We even flew above the roads. The view of the mountain and the wind in the air was wonderful. Thank you, Instructor Liew, for an incredible flight experience for first-timers like myself.

Annie informed me on the actual day morning that due to cloudy weather conditions, the activity better to postpone to next day. Though we managed to do the activity next day, the wind condition still wasn’t in our favour, and they let us do the activity once more.. And Annie did offered for us to do next again with no charges but we didn’t take the offer as we had other plans. Annie, Da Tong and the rest instructors 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The coaches explained everything meticulously and were also very humorous, easing everyone's tension and helping us relax. It was a very pleasant experience!!!
