First time visiting the Fullon Hotel Fulong Hot Spring Beach Resort for a hot spring bath in a private twin room and afternoon tea – what a wonderful experience! Thank you, Klook, highly recommended!!!

2 hours is quite a good deal, but the shower and bathtub are in the same location, so you can't fill the tub beforehand. Amenities are complete, and the indoor environment is clean. The window in the bathtub area of the room we were assigned was frosted, so you couldn't see outside. If you want a room with a sea view, you probably need to inquire in advance. Upon arrival, take the elevator to the hotel's L-level counter and state the name under which you made the reservation. A staff member will drive you to the villa in a small car. After your stay, you can explore the nearby area before returning to the counter to demagnetize your parking token. The entrance to the underground parking lot is at a 90-degree angle, so be careful when turning in. After soaking, we encountered 3 cats, which was a pleasant surprise! 😆

The environment isn't bad, but it's a shame the hot spring pool is a bit small; it gets very crowded with just two people. That's the only regrettable part.

Thoughtful service, cozy rooms, and beautiful gardens make one feel completely comfortable in body, mind, and spirit.

The value for money is excellent, with round-trip shuttle service provided. The shuttle staff and afternoon tea staff are very friendly. The downsides are that the room had a damp smell due to several days of heavy rain, there were hairs under the bedsheets indicating it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and the hot spring pool was a bit old with some mold traces. However, overall, for the special offer price, I am quite satisfied. The hot spring water is very smooth and comfortable, the room amenities are complete, and the afternoon tea is delicious.

The journey was a bit far, but the hot spring pool was very large, and the water quality was smooth and silky. There was a private villa available for resting. Although the afternoon tea only consisted of coffee and cake, it was very exquisite and offered excellent value for money.

Onsen bath was not very clean as can be seen in the photos, we just put our feet in as we didn't feel it was clean enough to sit in. Rest of hotel was lovely and room was clean. Great to purchase if you just need a shower and nice room to change in after the beach. But not great for hot spring experience.

I rarely give less than 4 stars, but this time I was truly shocked – completely misled by the photos! I had confirmed that "the hot spring rooms do not have sea views"! The beautiful scenery in the photos only exists in the "guest room hot springs"; additionally, it's a personal preference, but I really can't accept showering and bathing in the same pool, it's incredibly inconvenient! Especially when the water flow and temperature are difficult to adjust!Regarding the "impurities," I can accept the explanation that it's "pumped up from the seabed," but please inform guests in advance. Otherwise, seeing a pool full of black sesame-like particles is truly startling; I initially thought it was limescale being flushed out, which was terrifying!However, the spaciousness, complete amenities, decent afternoon tea, and excellent service are all plus points.

Great environment, excellent service. The staff were friendly and explained the facilities in detail. The room was more comfortable than expected and well-equipped. I will definitely stay here again.
