It was so good to come here. I was checked in without a reservation, everyone was so kind, and my feet and shoulders feel recovered. Thank you! Facilities: It was clean and good. Service: I am satisfied with the service. Ambiance: The interior was also very neat and good. Massage therapist: Their hands are very skilled.

I think I got therapist 16 and 77 on the two occasions I visited, very-Chinese uncle and auntie. The auntie's technique was not bad, but she kept talking nonstop and complaining about a lot of things, including me using Klook, so they got paid less. I did not want to argue with her about how I might not even come to this shop or know about this shop if not for Klook. And throughout the massage, she kept talking nonstop, which was a little annoying.

Technician number 8 gave a good massage; he pressed acupoints and relieved my muscle fatigue. Here, there are no special clothes for guests to wear for massages; guests lie down in their own clothes.

I went to Harulala in Taiwan... I was worried about getting lost because I'm really bad with directions, but it's on the first floor and you can see it's a massage shop from a distance, so it was easy to find. Employee #25 gave me a massage, and they were super friendly and incredibly skilled! They also had a great demeanor (no proselytizing) and spoke Korean really, really well!!! Among all the people I met during my trip, they spoke Korean the best. I was also worried because I'm quite ticklish, but they kept asking if I was okay at the beginning, which was really nice... The shop atmosphere was cozy and friendly, so I truly felt healed. Remember employee #25, they're the best! ჱ̒ ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )

definitely a MUST on your list .. much better to have it st the end of the day.. if money is not an issue i'll come back every night for it . if you have issue with your massage therapist you can ask for another .. they are friendly and very accommodating .. this will be added to my list everytime im in taiwan

The environment is clean; the chair is okay. no private room but using curtain separated each customer on body massage. Foot Massage：it depends, some friendly and talkative, some focus on massage for you.

It was really great! This was my first purchase, so I was worried about how to proceed and if I wouldn't be able to use it because I don't speak Chinese and couldn't make a phone reservation. But being able to book online was so convenient and wonderful. I've been to other places, but the price here was reasonable, and all the therapists are truly skilled! I forgot who my therapist was, but they were really good! I had a 3 PM reservation today, but even though I arrived early, the shop immediately prepared for me, so I was able to start right away! 雖然在到店確認訂單的過程有出現溝通上的困擾，但因為問題出在KLOOK平台而不是店家（購買的是油壓的服務，卻不能指定男師或女師，這不是造成消費者的恐慌和疑慮嗎？打電話給KLOOK反應，竟只是告知規定就是這樣？！但廢話，不就是Klook你自己規定的嗎？即然消費者有安全感的顧慮，難道不能檢討一下嗎？一定要等到發生性騷或性侵的事件時再來亡羊補牢嗎？）不過店家瞭解我的需求後，店長直接跳下來幫我服務，展現十足的誠意，也算是圓滿的服務
