The people inside are not employees but rather outsourced staff. Remember to first send your signature and driver's license via Line. After verifying the contract, choose a helmet, and then you can go outside to confirm the vehicle. Take a photo first to clarify and send it back, then you can depart. However, remember the location when driving out of the parking lot, so you don't forget how to return when it's time to give it back. After parking the car and taking photos, send them back again. Bring the helmet and keys back into the Parking Management Center to return them, and you're done. Then you can go catch your ride!

The shop will contact you in advance to add you as a Line friend, upload relevant documents, and complete the contract. It's self-service pick-up. After getting off the HSR, head towards the TRA direction, take the elevator next to the GIS Taichung Xinwuri Convention Center down to B1. The parking management center will provide the key and helmet after you tell them the license plate number. The pick-up point is very close to the HSR station, and the vehicle condition is good. Highly recommended!

The car rental shop is located near Taichung HSR Station, about a 5-minute walk away. The shop is on the first floor of the building, which isn't very noticeable, but picking up the car is very convenient – excellent! 👍
