I bought a package for myself and an extra one as a birthday gift for my best friend, so we could enjoy life together. You need to make a reservation first, otherwise it's hard to get an immediate slot for service. Even with a reservation, you must arrive on time, or the staff said they would only wait 3 minutes before canceling the appointment. I guess their business is really good. Upon arrival, my best friend and I registered and chose the scent for the scrub, then chose the scent for the massage oil. The staff patiently explained each one and let us try them (I liked orange, Siamese, and Lemongrass scents), which was very thoughtful! Before the service, we had complimentary tea and towels, then were led to a double room to start the service. The whole process was pleasant, a beautiful day! They also have some products you can buy to use at home.

The only minor flaw was that my female friend and I had a two-hour package, and after our service, we were given mango sticky rice as a snack. My boyfriend, who only had a 60-minute massage, was only given a small packet of biscuits, which made him feel a bit amused and awkward. I think the establishment could offer a super-mini mango sticky rice instead, to avoid making guests feel awkward and to prevent the establishment from appearing stingy.
