The entire experience was very relaxing and pleasant. It was very easy to find Divans, and once inside, the whole place, especially the room, was very relaxing. One thing I wasn't pleased about was that the admin initially said I hadn't confirmed the time with Klook, but then when they checked properly again, it was fine.

The location is a bit hard to find; you have to turn off a main road into a small lane that looks like a dead end, but once you get in, you'll discover there are a few other businesses there. The lobby environment is quite comfortable. When I went, I didn't see any other guests, so it felt like no one was around. You pass by some plants and flowing water when entering the lobby. There were two of us; I had a milk bath, and my friend had a regular massage. We shared a room that was quite spacious. It was my first time soaking in rose petals 🤭. They serve you into the bath and even draw the curtain for you, but midway through, they suddenly placed a drink next to me (which startled me a bit 🤣), so you can drink while you soak – very chill. Finally, I showered in the bathroom, all within the same room! Very convenient. The only thing I'd mention is that some parts of the walls look a bit old; it would be much better if they were renovated! But overall, the environment and atmosphere are good!

Wonderful relaxing spa experience with a 240-minute package! The Divana Scentuara shop environment is like a quiet landscape in the city! The masseuse provided excellent strong massage and facial services. The package also included a full meal, fruits, tea, and orange juice! Strong good vibes after 240 minutes with them! Thank you 🙏🏻

Two days before my trip, a friend recommended this package to me, so I decided to give it a try 🤪. However, I first emailed them to check if my desired date and time were available. After confirming the booking, I then came to Klook to purchase the ticket 👍. It was excellent 👍! I also discovered that even if you accidentally select the wrong branch when purchasing, they still accept it (as long as it's the same package) 🤭. On the day of the spa, as soon as I arrived at the shop, they already knew who I was. They just confirmed my name, and then showing the Klook booking confirmation was enough. Their hospitality was excellent 👏! The room atmosphere was very relaxing! After almost every part of the treatment, they offered tea and some snacks, providing very thoughtful care. After the spa, there was even a small Thai tea set 🥰. After this spa, I truly felt so relaxed 🥰.

Best Bangkok experience ender! Staff were accommodating and professional. They offer a welcome drink and cold towel to freshen up before service. Upon arriving on our room, we took a bath first since we we're sweaty when we came. Lol. We're supposed to eat on the cafe beside the spa, but it's closed early. Fortunately, there's complimentary hot tea and fruits from the spa. Will definitely come back and try other services! ❤

The location is a bit far from the BTS station, but it's quite easy to find. Walk along Central Embassy, turn right into the small alley between it and the Dior gold house, and then walk for another five minutes. However, walking this stretch at noon was incredibly hot. Upon entering, someone who spoke simple Chinese came to confirm and communicate. This time, I purchased the New Year special package: foot bath + full body scrub + massage, followed by a milk rose bath. The masseuse was very attentive and careful, noting my injured foot and avoiding it. After the massage, I felt truly relaxed!
