I've been there a few times, and this time I visited the new Mong Kok branch. The ear-picking technician was chatty and friendly, and tea was served after the session. The service is still excellent, and the skills are very good. I will continue to come here for ear picking. I also want to mention that the new store's decor is great, giving it a fresh new feel. The old Mong Kok store was smaller and couldn't provide a waiting area for early arrivals, so you had to wait at the entrance. Now there are more seats, which feels very thoughtful and more comfortable. The new store also doesn't have a Japanese-style decor; it has a new vibe, is much larger than before, and is very tidy. The old Mong Kok store had excellent techniques, but you couldn't arrive early, and the restroom was shared. The current Mong Kok store still has great techniques, you can enter and sit while waiting if you arrive early, and the restroom is private, which is fantastic.

The location is very convenient. After exiting the elevator, follow the instructions to change into slippers before entering. The technician was very polite and gentle, and first understood my ear-picking and head therapy experience. The whole process was very gentle and comfortable, just a little expensive. The only slight downside at the end was that the technician's nails were a bit sharp, and the shoulder massage was very strong, which was a little uncomfortable.
