Noche divertida con Josi a finales de marzo. Probamos mucha comida callejera diferente. Si no sabes adónde vas o qué comer y necesitas una muestra rápida, este tour es genial. Josi se encarga de todos los pedidos y te lleva a los puestos que hay que probar. Recorres bastante terreno caminando y comiendo. Las porciones no son enormes, pero como visitas bastantes lugares, terminas bastante lleno al final del tour. Lo disfruté tanto que me uní a su tour de almuerzo al día siguiente. La comida callejera son muchos bocadillos fritos, así que trae agua, ya que podrías tener un poco de sed. El tour de almuerzo es más de restaurantes, así que puedes sentarte en el restaurante y comer.

The night market tour was great, but it was also nice to talk about beer and snacks at the convenience store. I wanted to try stinky tofu, but I found it difficult to try alone, as I thought it would be impolite to Taiwanese people if I left some uneaten. It was a great opportunity to try new foods. A worthwhile food trip. We had the braised pork rice from 'Xiao Wang Zhu Gua,' recommended by Michelin, and it was delicious. Because we were with this food trip, we had a table and didn't have to wait. The pork in the braised pork rice was half lean and half fat, and the sauce was flavorful. We also tried stinky tofu; although it wasn't to my taste, it was still a good experience. Candied hawthorn, scallion pancakes, and fried sweet potato balls were all authentic local snacks and very tasty.

Josi was an excellent guide with loads of recommendations. She took a heartfelt approach to her work and I valued her sharing her experience. The food options were varied and I left very well!
