Hualien: New Zealand Hot Spring Resort - Banheiros Onsen e Quartos Onsen

We went for a hot spring bath very spontaneously, and the on-site introduction was very detailed, and the service was excellent! We'll definitely visit again if we have the chance to go to Hualien!

The owner was very enthusiastic, and my first impression made me feel like I definitely had to come back. The front desk lady was beautiful and gentle. Although I was only there for a hot spring bath and not staying overnight, my phone ran out of battery. I asked her to lend me a charger, and she gently said, "No problem," and asked me to wait a moment, mentioning that I could help myself to the tea and water nearby. I had forgotten to bring my charger when I left home, so I was really glad the lady lent me one. Otherwise, I was planning to go to Banqiao first and then take a train to Hualien the next day. Thank you very much for letting me continue my fun! 😄

The owner was incredibly enthusiastic and meticulously explained how to use the facilities and enjoy the hot springs. After our soak, they even thoughtfully offered us delicious herbal tea!

The hot springs are very comfortable, the room is very cozy, and the tea trees are beautiful. It was a great experience.

It's not bad, the hot spring scent is strong, and it's relatively clean. The water temperature isn't very hot. The terrain is quite high, and the mountain road is steep, so be careful of oncoming vehicles.

It’s a really nice place, very beautiful and natural. But since it’s very natural, the hot spring bath that we got have some friends in it when we’re there 😅 we saw lizard, gecko, bees, bugs, spider, etc inside the bath area. It took half of our time there to shoo away those friendly nature friends. So meaning we didn’t really relax. They don’t provide water and towel too but good thing we have it with us. The water was very nice, you can smell the sulfur. The owner and the front desk were very nice and friendly. It’s definitely a memorable experience, for once.
