In terms of value for money, this pass is an absolute must-buy. The ability to use the fast-track lane at the Arena alone makes it worthwhile. Furthermore, Verona's attractions are very concentrated, so with this pass, you can visit almost all ticketed attractions without any worries, ensuring your trip leaves no regrets. Not to mention, bus travel is also unlimited. However, there are a few points to note: 1. Juliet's House requires an online reservation for a time slot. You can make this reservation online before purchasing the pass; no payment or ticket is needed at the time of reservation. You must enter within 15 minutes of your designated time. Upon arrival, your reservation confirmation will be checked first, then your ticket. This pass covers all areas of Juliet's House, including the courtyard and the interior, making it very worthwhile. 2. After purchasing on Klook, you must exchange it for a physical ticket at the building next to the Arena. This is a bit inconvenient. If you arrive by train, you'll need to take a bus or walk 20 minutes to the Arena to exchange your ticket before you can enjoy the convenience this pass offers. Overall, I still highly recommend purchasing this pass to explore this beautiful city.
The Verona Pass in Italy covers Verona's main tourist attractions. At the tourist information center, you can get explanatory brochures in various languages, including Japanese. Not only did I visit popular sights, but I also discovered new places I probably wouldn't have entered without the pass. Since it also offers unlimited rides on local buses, it's very convenient to use.
Very useful, worth the price. The ticket exchange office is right next to the Verona Arena, and the staff processed everything quickly and provided a map. The pass covers all the important attractions in Verona. We purchased it in advance on Klook, which helped us avoid a price increase on our actual visit date. It's a shame the Arena was under renovation at the time, otherwise it would have been even more cost-effective.
The city card is really useful, allowing access to many attractions. The staff on-site provided detailed instructions on how to use the card and offered attraction maps. This time, due to the Winter Olympics, the tourist center was moved to the Museo Archeologico al Teatro Romano, which turned out to be a beautiful unexpected discovery.
Collection point is convenient, right beside the arena. The entrance for the collection area is at the side of indicated building, not through the main entrance. Good for skipping the queue for the arena. Remember to book Juliet house timing (select the Verona pass option for $0).
This card is easy to redeem, but not actually useful… I can’t use it for the Roman amphitheater in Verona (Verona Arena), and it can’t be used there either. I can use this card at Juliet’s house. The workers claimed that to enter Juliet’s house, an appointment was needed beforehand, so we tried to make appointments online… but the line was so slow. Luckily, the ladies tried to help us and allowed us to go in with the Verona card. In my opinion, if you’re staying in Verona for a day, it’s still worth buying this card so you can visit the palaces. But if you’re like us, only staying there for a few hours and your main goal is just to see Juliet’s balcony… then it depends on yourself.
