Professional masseurs are also on hand to tailor suitable treatments to guests' needs, allowing them to relax and enjoy a moment of tranquility, cleansing both body and mind. Recommended treatments include the Thalgo Luxurious Spa Treatment and the Natura Bissé Royal Comfort Spa Journey. We also offer massage treatments using Barcelona's Natura Bissé products and organic facial treatments from Italy's [comfort zone] Sacred Nature.

Arrived at 10 AM, first went to the gym, then you'll be taken for a cup of ginger tea. The massage starts at 11:30 AM. After the massage, you'll have butterfly cookies and tea, then you'll be taken down to the 12th floor for lunch (eating a full meal right after snacks??? 😰). After lunch, you'll go back up for a sauna. The masseuse's technique was okay, a little different from typical massages outside. They focused on tendons and bones. For the 90-minute massage, I felt the masseuse starting to lose strength in the last 15 minutes. There were only three lunch options, and you're required to pre-order the day before. The quality was very average, feeling similar to a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe). From phone reservation to departure, every staff member provided very high-quality service; they were helpful and polite.

Massage therapist: Polite, clear explanations, excellent technique, I fell asleep shortly after it started, attentive (Paula, thank you so much). Service: Good, absolutely no hard selling. Ambiance: The facial room environment is good, private room, facial bed is very comfortable, with a heated blanket. Facilities: Good, but it can get noisy if there are many people (because there are many tourists, one adult with several children, sometimes it's quite noisy).

A very good experience. We arrived at the executive lounge at noon to enjoy lunch, followed by a 60-minute facial and a 30-minute back massage. The beautician, Paula, was very professional, and both the facial and massage were excellent. After the treatment, we were also served the Royal Garden's delicious original butter cookies and health tea. The entire experience was very relaxing.

The lunch was good, and the restaurant service was excellent. The masseuse was very attentive and adjusted the massage to my body's condition. After the massage, there were refreshments to enjoy. Since it was my birthday, it was pre-arranged, and I received a small cake. The butterfly pastries are definitely delicious, but I didn't expect the cake to be so good too! It was a great experience.
