Our snorkeling guide, Charlie, was extremely friendly, helpful and patient - especially with one of our friends who had never snorkeled before! A great outing on our last day in Okinawa before we left!

The instructor is patient, and the safety briefing is very comprehensive. For an additional fee, you can ask the instructor to help film videos.

Experience: Good experience, the instructor explained everything very well and took good care of every participant. You only need to know a little English or Japanese to communicate. Equipment: All necessary equipment is provided; you only need to bring your swimsuit and slippers. The instructor will take photos, and these will be provided free of charge after the activity (iPhone only).

Terrible! Klook, not recommended. The itinerary planning and follow-up service are both very poor. Kuroshio Diving is also terrible. I've never encountered a situation where I booked a June 18th trip, confirmed it on June 15th, only to be told they booked me for June 17th and asked if I could change it, with no refund option? Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with all the trips booked through this website!
