The hot air balloon flight experience was amazing, ascending at first light, witnessing the sunrise while airborne, and soaring over Mudgee's iconic landmarks. The team was truly professional, looking after us from check-in right through to the end of breakfast.
The experience was cancelled due to bad weather. The company gave us credits to book again with them within next 1-year. Can’t wait to book it again!
Received a text the night before the flight that the balloon is unable to fly. Customer service is quite slow in response. They don’t work on the weekend. In my case, the balloon ride is supposed to be on a Monday. On the Saturday I had a few questions to ask but got no replies.
