We were well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Shuttle bus pickup from the hotel, briefing on the ride, hot air balloon ride, breakfast, and shuttle bus back to the hotel. Everything was well planned. We were blessed to see a double rainbow and a rising sun too. It was an amazing tour!
All the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hot air balloon experience. It was an urgent schedule, and I traveled from Sydney City to Camden Valley by taxi early in the morning (a one-way Korean taxi cost $150). It took about an hour. It was worth going for the day! Thank you for giving me unforgettable memories! Also, please add Korea to the nationality selection box!
A great experience. Driver pick-up was on time. Highly recommended for all. Hotair balloon operator was very experienced. Food served was great. Worth the money.
Before the activity, you will receive confirmation of the pick-up time. The driver arrived punctually at the designated hotel for pick-up. The staff briefly explained the precautions for riding in a hot air balloon. We had an hour to enjoy the beautiful scenery and successfully witnessed a stunning sunrise. After that, breakfast was arranged, and it was delicious 😋. Overall, I am very satisfied with the itinerary and highly recommend this activity! 👍🏼👍🏼
Had to wake up super early to catch the sunrise but it is so worth it. The view up there is magnificent. Logistics is smooth. The staffs are professional and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Overall it’s an amazing experience.
Magnificent scene and unforgettable experience. Although it was cloudy that morning and we didnt see the sunrise, we could still see the sun ray emerge from the cloud and the view is spectacular. Our pilot CJ and other crew members were so professional. Had a lot of fun and this trip is highly recommend.
Abholung und Rückgabe sind gut. Die Ballonfahrt ist ausgezeichnet und man kann wirklich beim Auf- und Abbau des Ballons mithelfen. Eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. Die Ballonfahrt ist perfekt und bietet eine wirklich gute Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

感謝專業又帥的Glen帶我們飛上天，沒想到熱氣球可以飛的這麼高，可惜因為澳洲野火，視野不夠清晰，但看到地上袋鼠跳啊跳也是意外收穫！ 以下是要注意的地方： 1）實際飛上天的時候太陽已經透出雲層，所以並不會在空中看著天從黑夜變成晨曦，但也是很好體驗 2）過程中工作人員幫拍的照片/影片要另外花30澳幣購買電子檔，內容品質不一但的確有好照片，還算值得 3）最後會幫忙收拾熱氣球，也是個特別體驗
First time riding, it was great, very stable, not dangerous at all. They take photos with a GoPro for you. It was also fun helping to pack up the balloon after the ride.
