I feel this is a bit inflexible. I visited on a weekday, but encountered several tour groups. It seemed that individual visitors didn't receive the courtesy they deserved. The fishing turntable game on the first floor was almost entirely taken over by groups. Even with the spending threshold to get a free game, there was no chance to get in line, which was a bit of a shame.
