We arrived slightly later than our reserved slot and had to wait for the next available one. They allow a limited number of visitors per slot due to space constraints. Simply show them the mobile ticket/QR code and you may enter. We spent about 2 hours here. My kids enjoyed this very much.

A special experience, I didn't have high expectations initially. The staff introduced everything meticulously, and I started to get interested in "illusions." Besides the eyeballs at the entrance, there are many thoughtfully designed exhibits. The best part is that the staff proactively ask if you need help taking photos, which is very considerate. I wasn't afraid to go alone anymore (😂, though some exhibits are better with two people). The last one is truly a must-try, super thrilling! The dizzying illusion is amazing. It's a short 5-10 second walk, but incredibly difficult. Walking in a straight line is so hard; you need excellent balance. Your vision truly deceives your five senses. I sincerely recommend trying it for the first time! It's advisable to book tickets and make reservations as time slots control the number of visitors. The ticket price isn't low, but it's worth it. The above is my personal experience sharing for your reference.

We had a great time at the museum. Our entry time was 4:30 PM, and the museum closed at 6:00 PM. We enjoyed it so much that we wished we had more time there. The staff were very helpful; they knew the best angles for photos and even allowed us to finish exploring all areas before closing, even though it was already almost closing time. It's an interesting place to visit. Highly recommended 👍🏼

An interesting museum. We used KLOOK's 10th-anniversary double discount, so it was much cheaper than buying tickets on-site. After arriving before our reserved time, we entered in batches. The museum itself isn't very big, but it has many exhibits that make you feel the difference between what your eyes see, what your brain understands and images, and the actual objects. The staff were also very enthusiastic about helping us take photos, so we left with many interesting pictures 😊
