Tour de 3D2N Ba Be - Ban Gioc saindo de Hanói

The tour guide unfortunately only spoke Vietnamese. However, he was incredibly nice and kind, and he made a real effort to ensure that everyone understood by utilizing Google Translate. The tour itself was very enjoyable and interesting, and we got to see everything. The food was good, though I would have really liked the menu to include pho and bun bo hue.

This was a nice tour. The guide was friendly and tried his best to communicate, as he only spoke Vietnamese. Luckily for me, one of the other 7 guests spoke English and could translate for me. The trip involves a lot (8-10 hours a day) of bus travel.

It is recommended to check the season before visiting Ban Gioc waterfall. I went there in early May, but the waterfall didn't have much water, so it wasn't as beautiful as it should have been. I was very sad about that. Above all, the tour guide was enthusiastic, the driver was very experienced, and the local meals were really nice; however, it's a one-time visit for me.

Excellent excursion! The program was superb—the waterfall was especially impressive! The accommodation was good, the group was fun and sociable, and although the guide didn't speak English, he sent all instructions via WhatsApp translator, so there were no problems. It really turned into a friendly weekend trip with a gastronomic focus—the lunches and dinners were magnificent, and we fully immersed ourselves in the local culture. I recommend this tour and this company; everything went wonderfully! We parted as friends🤗

Chen was an amazing guide. Even though the tour is mainly for locals, he will still try explain to non-vietnamese joiners in English. We were blessed with good weather and all the tour destinations were beautiful. Also for the included meals, my impression is that we will just have simple meals but no, every meal is a feast, and you will pretty much have a taste of a lot of Vietnamese cuisine. The accomodations are also good. Overall, the tour is highly recommended. Even the Vietnamese locals who joined the tour are also friendly, which made the tour much more enjoyable for me who is a solo traveller.

If you want to experience Vietnamese culture, people, food, and landscapes, this is for you. The food was fit for kings and queens (I've never eaten so well before). We are English-speaking tourists only, but we managed to get by. Chien was an amazing guide who helped take care of my mum; he went above and beyond. We couldn't be more grateful. A pre-warning: the bus trip is long, and the roads are not suitable for people who are prone to travel sickness. As we were English tourists only, we did miss out on a lot of information about areas along our drive, but that's to be expected when on a Vietnamese-only tour. An extremely rewarding trip.

I traveled with local Vietnamese people, and they all took great care of me and were very kind, creating wonderful memories. Even though the guide wasn't fluent in English, they tried their best to be considerate, and I was also provided with vegetarian food separately. It was wonderful to travel to Ba Be Lake and Ban Gioc Waterfall, which are not well-known to Korean and European tourists, with local Vietnamese people. The travel time is quite long, but if you love nature, it's very satisfying. I am a Korean woman traveling alone, but everyone treated me like family.

Chuyến tham quan này chủ yếu phục vụ người dân địa phương, vì vậy hướng dẫn viên sẽ giải thích nhiều hơn bằng tiếng Việt, sau đó là tiếng Anh cơ bản. Hướng dẫn viên rất chu đáo. Phong cảnh tuyệt đẹp nhưng hãy chuẩn bị cho những chuyến đi xe buýt dài. Hầu hết các điểm tham quan đều cách thị trấn chính 2-3 giờ đi xe. Đồ ăn ngon và phòng ở cả hai đêm tuy đơn giản nhưng sạch sẽ. Có vòi sen nước nóng tại homestay và đó là một trải nghiệm độc đáo cho những đứa trẻ thành phố khi được ở trên đồi. Một điểm khác cần lưu ý là người Việt Nam rất thích hát! Họ bày tỏ lòng biết ơn, sự trân trọng của mình qua những bài hát! Vì vậy sẽ có những buổi karaoke trong suốt chuyến đi xe buýt, đây cũng là trải nghiệm đầu tiên của tôi. Được khuyến nghị cho trải nghiệm và cảnh quan đẹp, mặc dù có thể hơi mệt mỏi do những chuyến đi xe buýt dài.

We booked the tour to Ban gioc even though it was available in the Vietnamese language only. Ban gioc is a place that one should not miss I would say. The tour is very well planned with good food & stay options. Also A special mention to our Tour guide Hieu who was amazing throughout the trip. Even though he did not speak much English he made sure everything was smooth for us. We were the only non- Vietnamese people in the group but Hieu made sure to send all instructions on chat by using Google translate & made sure we were taken care of all the time Thank you Hieu, you're a superstar. Thank you PYS travel for a great trip. Definitely recommended!
