The agency will contact you to arrange the pick-up time, and the driver is punctual in picking us up for the trip. Wayan and Kadek were our assigned guides for the trip to Mount Agung. They are very professional and well-versed in the route. They prioritized safety and ensured the safety of the hike. We had a memorable hiking experience to Mount Agung. Mount Agung is a challenging route. You need to be physically and mentally prepared for the hike. It took us close to seven hours to reach the summit and five hours to return to the starting point.

Fantastic guide and service. Unfortunately, we encountered a flight deferment due to temple events and even a sudden change to an earlier climb day, also due to another temple event. Everything went well, and this is the proud second time I've used this service! Highly recommend!

The tour operator was responsive to my inquiries, and the driver was on time to pick us up at 9 PM from our hotel in Ubud. The driver, an experienced hiker himself, provided us with information about the climb during the drive to the temple. Our guide, Juna, was excellent and took great care of my wife, especially during the descent. We did not summit Mount Agung and returned to PO2 as we found the steep and slippery trail after POS2 (some sections near the cliff edge) too challenging for us. However, we still enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and a sea of clouds in the morning.

The staff picked me up on time and with a very positive attitude, willing to share many things about Bali. The tour guide was very experienced, although very young, with a passion for the mountain and knowledge, also very helpful during the trip. This trip was the most amazing experience I have ever had; although it was really exhausting, it was worth it when you reached the top and you really made it. Give yourself a challenge and equip yourself well!

The trekking started at 1 am. Hand gloves, head light and hiking stick are well prepared. The tour guide is well experienced and very nice and very caring. The views are amazing and we had breakfast at the peak. Highly recommend to hikers who love challenging hike.

My guide Lane and my driver Putu are superb! Lane paced the trek really nicely so we didn't get to the top too early to avoid getting cold. But we still managed to be the first group getting to the top and occupied the best viewpoint. Coming downward was much more difficult but Lane was very patient and experienced, which ensured us a very safe journey back down the hill. And Putu was very considerate to find us a bathroom on our drive back to Canggu. He's also very friendly and helpful throughout our whole journey.

Wow, what an experience. My friend and I (both 19) embarked on this trek with minimal trekking experience. We were dropped off at the Pasar Agung temple around 12:30 AM and set off with our excellent guide, Norman. The ascent took about 4.5 hours, and we reached the summit around 5:30 AM. We were greeted by spectacular sunrise views, as shown in the photos. We began our descent around 7 AM, and this was the most physically demanding part of the trek – not for the faint-hearted, with lots of loose rock and wet soil. We can now see why this might be a hike for people with more trekking experience; however, it was totally worth the pain.👍

The driver picked us up from the hotel and took us to the starting point of the route. We were given boxes with snacks and fruits. In addition, our guide also prepared hot tea and coffee for us at the summit. Everything was good.

The excursion is definitely organized. We were well taken care of by our driver Gunawan and guide Lahni. This is a challenging hike both up and down due to the rocky volcanic terrain. The protective gloves and hiking pole that we were provided at the start proved to be very helpful. The weather was perfect at the peak and we arrived over an hour before sunrise. This would be my only complaint, as we could have left 1.5 hours later (allowing more time for sleep) and still peaked in time for sunrise. However, I understand they need to accommodate guests of all hiking speeds. Bring real grippy hiking shoes and a warm jacket for the peak!
