This was my first visit to Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant. We were seated at 8:30 PM and given a sea view table. The 29th-floor view of Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning. The restaurant felt spacious and very comfortable. That evening, we ordered the Harbour View Signature Set Menu, which included double-boiled chicken soup with conch and fish maw, chili oil wontons, stir-fried lettuce with minced meat, braised Polish goose web and shiitake mushrooms in abalone sauce, baked stuffed crab shell, red wine braised oxtail, Ah Yat's signature claypot fried rice, exquisite desserts, and red bean soup. Every dish was incredibly delicious and satisfying! The service staff were attentive and polite, and the timing of each dish was perfect. We will definitely return if we have the chance.

This long-established Hong Kong restaurant, a true culinary institution, has no discernible flaws and comes highly recommended. The restaurant's ambiance is superb, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour from its windows. The service is excellent; the staff are attentive to your needs, proactively offering assistance without you having to prompt them. The food is outstanding, especially the signature fried rice included in the set menus, which boasts an authentic 'wok hei' aroma. While some might find the food a little bland, I believe it's perfectly seasoned; any stronger flavor would overpower the natural taste of the ingredients. Please don't judge the price of a dish solely by the cost of its ingredients, as it also reflects the chef's exceptional culinary skill. The taste and quality of every dish are excellent, and there's a clear distinction between their versions and those found in other restaurants. It's definitely worth experiencing.

The dining environment is ideal, and the Victoria Harbour night view is beautiful. The food quality is average. The stewed soup and red wine oxtail were the best. The ginseng oolong tea was delicious. The service quality was good.

The Victoria Harbour night view is first-class 🌃, and we were lucky enough to catch the Symphony of Lights at 8 PM! It was fantastic! The service was excellent and very thoughtful! The food was also exquisite! Definitely worth a try! 👍🏾👍🏾

最驚喜嘅一餐生日飯 從來冇諗過可以對住個海景食飯，呢度個景都算無敵，先唔講食物，員工服務態度非常好，全程照顧周到，最好係壼茶有個小火爐㷫住，令到每口茶都是熱熱的，相當有心思。食物當然都係重要嘅，阿一原來除咗鮑魚，紅酒燴牛尾都相當唔錯，甜品有桂花糕同鮑魚酥，仲有最難煮得好味而又起沙嘅紅豆沙，仲好有果皮味，正！如果想要環境好、服務好、食物好，呢度確係不二之選。值得推介。

It's best to call ahead to reserve. The food was prepared on time and tasted good, though a little bland. It would probably taste even better if eaten fresh on-site!
