This long-established Hong Kong restaurant, a true culinary institution, has no discernible flaws and comes highly recommended. The restaurant's ambiance is superb, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour from its windows. The service is excellent; the staff are attentive to your needs, proactively offering assistance without you having to prompt them. The food is outstanding, especially the signature fried rice included in the set menus, which boasts an authentic 'wok hei' aroma. While some might find the food a little bland, I believe it's perfectly seasoned; any stronger flavor would overpower the natural taste of the ingredients. Please don't judge the price of a dish solely by the cost of its ingredients, as it also reflects the chef's exceptional culinary skill. The taste and quality of every dish are excellent, and there's a clear distinction between their versions and those found in other restaurants. It's definitely worth experiencing.

This was my first visit to Ah Yat Harbour View Restaurant. We were seated at 8:30 PM and given a sea view table. The 29th-floor view of Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning. The restaurant felt spacious and very comfortable. That evening, we ordered the Harbour View Signature Set Menu, which included double-boiled chicken soup with conch and fish maw, chili oil wontons, stir-fried lettuce with minced meat, braised Polish goose web and shiitake mushrooms in abalone sauce, baked stuffed crab shell, red wine braised oxtail, Ah Yat's signature claypot fried rice, exquisite desserts, and red bean soup. Every dish was incredibly delicious and satisfying! The service staff were attentive and polite, and the timing of each dish was perfect. We will definitely return if we have the chance.
