The bus was clean but a basic public bus. The guide was very nice but he didn't really guide. They played an audio on the bus. The S21 prison and Killing Fields are excellent and important to see to learn about real genocides as opposed to fake claims of genocide today. What happened here was truly horrendous. The audio guides were great and at the prison we met two survivors and bought their books. This trip is a must for anyone visiting Cambodia and if you hadn't planned on visiting you should do just to see this.

While it is just a transfer from Hotel to Point A to Point B then back to the hotel, it’s the perfect way to get around. All you need to do is hire a guide from the Museum for $5 USD (our guide was someone who survived the genocide). And for the killing field, everyone uses an audio guide since the entire place is divided into stations and you will need the audio guide anyways to understand the significance/context of each station. The bus provides free water and they give you enough time at each place. Highly recommend especially for the killing field which is a bit out of the city Center.

This was a very humbling experience. As someone who didn’t learn much about Cambodia in school this was a very sad history lesson. They played an informative video on the bus and let us wander the exhibit without feeling rushed. worth it to pay extra for the audio guide

Joining this tour made visiting both sites completely stress-free. The bus arrived right on schedule for the morning pickup, which I really appreciated. Everything ran on time from start to finish, so we never had to worry about traffic or hailing rides between locations. ​The booking process was seamless, and using the bus was so much easier and more comfortable than trying to organize tuk-tuks on my own in the heat. We had plenty of time at both the Killing Fields and S21 without feeling rushed. It was smooth, reliable, and convenient.

A very unforgettable moment. Tourists need to try this heartfelt experience. The guide is good and the film showing inside the bus, but the bus needs to be repaired since the AC is not cold and dripping. But the overall experience is very good.

Great round-trip transfers. I highly recommend getting a guide at the S21 Prison, then do the Killing Fields by yourself. An extremely profound experience that you shouldn't miss.

Even if this is just a point-to-point bus trip, the tour is still hassle-free. There is a staff member from the bus company to guide you through everything. Even without a tour guide, it's very easy to navigate each location; just rent an audio guide and you're all set. I'm also happy that they provided me with the service even though I was the only one booked for that specific time, and they didn't ask for additional charges.

The experience inside leaves you speechless and awakens many emotions. I recommend not skipping the audio guide because it includes stories and statements collected during the court interrogations. In that sense, I would have liked the audio durations to be respected, but they started rushing me when I still had 4 audios left to listen to, and that's despite not wasting time or lingering to look at the facilities, which I would have liked to do; I only focused on listening to the audios and touring the facilities as instructed.

Kudos to the tour guide and the bus driver, even though I was the only one on this tour. They were so accommodating and professional. 👍👍👍👍 I started my Cambodia journey by facing its darkest chapter—visiting S21 Prison and The Killing Fields. With each step and every word from the audio guide, the weight of history hit me hard. Over 2 million lives—children, women, men—lost to a brutal pursuit of power. I couldn’t hold back the emotions. This experience reminded me of our shared humanity.

booked this one on the same day. tour operator sent a confirmation together with the bus picture so it was easy to spot them once they picked me up. tour is not guided, this only covers the transportation to the S21 prison and killing fields. overall, it was a good experience since it is convenient
