Not bad. I highly recommend going in the morning. The beach is right next door, so be sure to go a bit earlier to walk on the sand. It's also cooler then, and you can have lunch right after 11:40. It's a perfect plan.

If you're coming to Penghu, I highly recommend this water activity! The owners are all very kind. There's a slide and a trampoline, I sincerely recommend it.

The 8 AM slot has fewer people, so you can have the entire sea to yourself, which is great. The water activities are different from many other places; they don't just use jet skis to pull various shapes of inflatable tubes, which is very unique. You can play activities like those seen on variety shows, super fun! The coaches are super nice, the facilities are safe and diverse, and there's even a shaded area and drinking water provided, which is fantastic. Highly recommend coming to play!

You can swim near Guanyinting in Penghu City, saving a lot of travel time by not needing to take a boat. Remember to bring your phone and a waterproof bag to take photos, as the coach might not always have time to take them for you.😅

The entire trip was full of surprises and wonders, offering great value for money. I'd love to go again!

First, we give positive feedback regarding Klook's subsequent handling and response. The successful compensation we received was mainly due to the platform's willingness to actively negotiate and address our concerns. However, this one star is specifically for the merchant. We booked an itinerary for August 6th on July 31st, but the merchant only contacted us via email on the evening of August 5th. At that time, we already sensed something was wrong, and indeed, the merchant mentioned, "insufficient participants, may be canceled." What's even more unacceptable is that it wasn't until noon on August 6th that the merchant officially confirmed the cancellation of our two-person itinerary "due to insufficient participants." This had an extremely severe negative impact on us, as our entire day's plans were disrupted, and we had no time to make alternative arrangements. ⸻ ❌ Reasons for our indignation: 1. The booking page did not state any minimum group size requirement, nor did it mention that cancellation would occur if the number of participants was insufficient. 2. The merchant only contacted us via email the night before departure, leaving us no room for alternative plans and severely disrupting our itinerary. 3. The merchant's attitude towards the affected itinerary was very passive, only responding with "Klook will handle the refund," completely failing to acknowledge or take responsibility for the issue. ⸻ I believe we are definitely not the first group of customers to encounter such a situation. If it weren't for the Klook platform and their willingness to negotiate compensation, the loss this time would have been even more unacceptable. We strongly recommend that the platform carefully review this merchant to prevent more travelers from experiencing the same last-minute cancellations and indifferent treatment.

The coaches are all very nice! They even lent us their phones to take photos and videos. The SUP equipment is all new, and safety precautions are well-maintained. The facilities are very interesting.

Leaving in the morning, with a small group, we got to try every facility, which was very exciting.

The coaches are all very kind and friendly, and the water facilities are a lot of fun. My favorites are the blob and the inflatable slide. It's a very special experience!

It was super fun! The coach was great to chat with and very handsome! The moment of flying was exhilarating, totally addictive! I've done it three or four times. Next time I go to Penghu, I really want to do it again! It's a shame I didn't bring my phone to take pictures, but luckily the coach helped with that. The water-skiing was also super fun! Too bad you can only do it once per person, otherwise I'd totally want to do it a second time!
