The cherry blossoms in Aowanda are truly beautiful, and the single-plank bridge is also quite nice. The park has a large open area with villas, cabins, and camping sites available for accommodation. There are also restaurants within the park. There are many trails to walk, but currently, some areas might not be fully repaired, so we only walked the cherry blossom trail. The entrance fee is NT$200, but currently, because some spots are inaccessible, it's only NT$100. Booking on this platform allows you to scan a QR code on-site and also get a free parking space worth NT$100. It's really convenient!
It was a rare opportunity to visit Aowanda for maple viewing this time. When comparing ticket prices across different platforms on the day, Klook's full-price ticket was only 100 NTD, which is incredibly generous! Although the maple leaves were almost at the end of their season, the beautiful mountains, clear waters, and suspension bridge made for an unforgettable experience, immersing ourselves in nature all day long.
Take your time to stroll around with a few friends or family, chatting as you head towards the suspension bridge. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and it's worth visiting even if it's not maple leaf season. There are many areas along the path that would require more time to fully explore, so plan according to your itinerary. The suspension bridge will not disappoint.
The volunteers were very meticulous in their introduction, even picking up camphor wood, fruits, and leaves for us to physically experience the differences. There are many rest stops along the way, and the walk takes about 2.5 hours. Seeing the suspension bridge was truly magnificent. Please consider carefully if you have elderly individuals or infants with you. Meals are available for purchase within the park.
Just show your QR code at the toll booth for scanning; it's very quick and convenient to use! Plus, parking is free, making it incredibly cost-effective. The trails here offer beautiful scenery and rich ecology; I unexpectedly loved it.
There are monkeys, and many parts of the road are broken, but it's a great hiking trip for a walk and sightseeing! It's recommended to finish the trip around 4 PM, otherwise, it will be too late to see anything!
In the cool weather, away from the hustle and bustle, beautiful Taiwan Blue Magpies specially came to greet us. Seeing them up close for the first time, a feeling of emotion naturally arose within me.
It's super convenient to buy tickets with Klook! You can buy and use them immediately. We were so lucky to see the maple leaves turn red during this autumn foliage viewing trip. The photos turned out beautiful!
