AWAY Spa do W Bangkok

I purchased the voucher the day before, so I thought it might be difficult to make a reservation, but I contacted them by email and they accommodated me. It's within walking distance from Chong Nonsi Station, so I think the access is good. As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff noticed me and guided me to the spa. Their polite guidance left a very good impression. The spa staff were also very kind. They treated us politely even though our English was not perfect. Both the entrance and the treatment room were very clean. The technique was also excellent. Honestly, it was a bit expensive, but it was worth the splurge. I wish I had given a bigger tip... I definitely want to visit again.

This price includes a 90-minute massage and a 30-minute facial or body scrub. The W Bangkok, as expected, is full of that vibrant W energy. Saint Louis is on the SILOM LINE, a stop I don't usually get off at... Is it a business district with the Mahanakhon Tower? To go up to the 6th floor where the spa is from the 1st-floor elevator, you need a card key, which is a bit inconvenient. It would have been good to know that beforehand. The spa itself was reasonably comfortable, and DAVINES products were excellent. It was a shame there was no changing room and the hammam was unavailable.

It was a luxurious experience! I'm not very good at English, so I was grateful that I could reserve the menu in advance. Communication with the staff was in English, but it was simple English, so there were no problems. I want to go again!

非常好的服务，工作人员会询问偏好的颜色并专注于特定部位。治疗结束后，茶点是热姜茶和炸杏脯，非常注重细节，还为我续了姜茶。下次旅行还会再去。

klookで予約後に希望日時(○日11時or11時半)を送ると、10時なら可能と返事が来ました。メールで10時半ではダメか問合せすると、okとのことでしたが、スムーズな案内とサウナスパを楽しんでもらうために予約時間の45分前に来て欲しいと返信に書かれていました。9時45分に伺うと、カウンセリングのみされて、すぐに施術に案内されました。話が違うと思い聞いてみると、サウナは施術後に楽しめ、ハマムは13時から使えるとのこと。施術がよかっただけに、そのあたりのインフォメーションが残念でした。

This is my second time here. The mini facial was refreshing , the massage technique was beyond my expectations. Overall, the experience was great!

항상 편하게 이용하고 있습니다. 하지만 이전에는 예약 시간에 대해서 왓츠앱이나 메일로 전날에 컨펌 확인을 했었는데 요즘에는 조금씩 시간이 더 많이 걸리고 약속시간에 늦는경우가 많아진거같습니다
