As for the service, it was a bit stiff. If you don't order the full set meal with your main course immediately, you can't add it later. Also, I was really looking forward to seeing the night view, but we weren't seated by the window. Even if we were, the window was slanted and dirty/foggy, so the night view wasn't special. Overall, coming here for the night view isn't very cost-effective.
