The urn-roasted chicken and pineapple bitter melon chicken soup are delicious. The owner and his family are very friendly. They didn't ask for the price difference when the prices increased. It would be even better if the urn-roasted chicken could be larger.

We pre-ordered a roasted chicken an hour in advance, but the serving speed was very slow. We ordered chicken, grilled items, fried items, rice, and vermicelli. After 15 minutes of being seated and ordering, there was still no activity. Only after prompting did they bring out the rice and vermicelli first. It felt like only the lady at the entrance responsible for roasting chicken was working; one person had to handle both roasting chicken and checkout. The grilled items, paired with their homemade seasoning, were not to anyone's taste at our table (the flavor is hard to describe). The fried items tasted okay, and the chicken oil rice was also acceptable.

The store partners with Klook. I bought a chicken online, but when I arrived to pick up the prepared chicken, even the female store manager didn't know how to use Klook's e-voucher QR code. We had to wait for a supervisor from another branch to come over before we could finally pick up the chicken, which had already gotten cold! Other than that, the service attitude was still good!
