导游 Herry 先生非常友好和风趣，分享了许多当地的见闻。车程相当长，遗憾的是由于农历新年，当地市场都关闭了，否则这次旅行会更有趣。

We didn't know that the lunch was a sharing menu and we indicated that one pax was veg and the other was not. When we reached the restaurant, it was a huge communication game between the staff, guide, office and us as the office booked veg lunch for us two to share. The breakdown of the menu was not shared and the office and staff could not communicate properly what the issue was. We eventually found out that the kitchen prepared the veg sharing menu for two and the most they could do about the communication breakdown was to include a meat main course after a very long discussion. We were left sitting there hungry for a very long time. If it was stated in the itinerary during booking or if the lunch was not included, that would be a lot easier for groups with different dietary restrictions. Hope the team does something about this.

The experience was good, the guide was very patient and introduced us to the history of the places we visited. It's just that the weather was very hot.

The operator is uncontactable, no update given even on the actual day. We have hard time contacting the operator. We are not given sufficient time to react on the reporting timing. We are disappointed on the arrangements. In addition - the package is not worth to take up at high cost.

Our guide (Mr. Richard) arrived early. For this full-day tour, we visited temples and the main attraction: the floating village. It was a very interesting experience into local life. Lunch is provided – a very nice, fancy cafe in Tanjung Pinang. The food was nice, but we had to wait. There's a picture for reference so you know what is served – come hungry, there is an appetizer, main course, and dessert. The guide spoke mainly Chinese with a mix of English; it was a very chill kind of trip. Note that it's more of a 'he drops you off and you walk around on your own' kind of tour, but you can ask him any questions you have. Along the way (an hour or so ride), he also shared some interesting information with us. The last few stops at the traditional market and shopping mall are alright, mainly for people who want to shop. Prices are cheaper here than at the resort, so do grab your snacks here. He also advised us to buy dinner and offered to drop us off at a local food place to buy some food, but it was too early / we were so full after lunch, so he just dropped us at a convenience store. Overall, his service was good, and I would recommend it for people seeking something more unique and wanting to learn more about the culture and local life.

The guide is fluent in both English and Chinese, and was very descriptive in explaining the history and sights.

very poor organisation arrangement from the agency, making us out of contact, not able to dial in and get support immediately when things happened is fatal for a trip, don’t give excuse but give solution when things happened is a basis, however, I am disappointed.

The guide we have is patient and explains things very well. The lunch is also delicious and enjoyable. The massage was good too, but we paid extra for a longer session.

Senggarang adalah sebuah desa di Bintan. Kuil pohon Binyan sebenarnya sangat kecil. Tur ke tempat-tempat menarik lumayan. Makanannya juga lumayan. Sopir kami Taquif ramah dan membantu. Kami sangat menikmati perjalanan kami.
