If I could give the tour guides (interns) 300 out of 10, I would. They did an amazing job at every stop and went above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable about the animals, insects, and overall environment, and managed the river tubing very well. A big thanks to each and every one of them. I absolutely recommend this; I didn't even expect to have such a stomach-filling lunch 🥺♥️

My family had an excellent time with Riverbug Perak! Their service delivery is top notch from start to end from WhatsApp enquiries to the actual physical activity! We had an amazing guide Neyo, who was our whitewater rafting and caving guide. He was patient and handled my loquacious 10 year old boy asking him endless questions even whilst we were battling the rapids 😆 Neyo was also very thorough in his explanation when we went caving and I was duly impressed to find out about the history and science facts about Gua Tempurung. Thanks Neyo! The facilities and food spread at Riverbug Perak has exceeded all expectations and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! 🥳I recommend that Riverbug Perak ground staff do TikTok Live to show the world how the caving experience and whitewater rafting is carried out, this will definitely generate more footfall to this gorgeous place! ✨💯

Rafting was replaced by an ATV ride and caving experience due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it was quickly adjusted, and we proceeded with the ride and caving. With efficient and safe transportation, we were able to reach each location with peace of mind. Special thanks to our guide and driver for the day, Neo, for excellent driving skills and detailed explanations during the caving session!

went for white eater rafting n Tempurung caving (dry), fantastic guides for us. @Wel. Sorta saved my friend when she went overboard during rafting. the passion n commitment shown is top notch although lacking mildly in English converse. we had thorough enjoyment n fun. the food is one of the best, if not the best from the chef who cooked us local cuisine. the eggplant with sambar was OMG.. Will intro friends n will come again!

After purchasing from Klook, the partner travel agency quickly contacted me via WhatsApp and continued to answer my questions. They are very experienced in activity arrangements; whether it's the itinerary, accompanying coaches, equipment, or gear, everything met expectations. The coach was lively and humorous, constantly bringing us joy. Regarding the pick-up location, if you're coming from Ipoh city, you'll need to call a Grab (costing approximately RM25-30) to get to the meeting point (next to the highway). It's best to have breakfast before heading there. Then, there will be a dedicated vehicle for pick-up and drop-off. On the return trip, you'll be dropped off near a KFC, making it convenient to call a Grab back to Ipoh city. Remember to wear river tracing shoes/slippers and sunscreen, and relax to enjoy :)

Pengalaman yang luar biasa! Semuanya, mulai dari pemesanan hingga hari acara itu sendiri dan bahkan setelah acara (sopir kami mampir untuk membantu kami mencari durian ketika kami melihat beberapa di pinggir jalan). Pemandu kami, Dody, sangat hebat, mulai dari berinisiatif membantu merakit GoPro kami ke jaket pelampung kami dengan karet gelang, dan melanjutkan eksplorasi Gua Tempurung bersama orang tua kami. Area perkemahan riverbug terasa seperti area yang benar-benar ramah keluarga, semua orang sangat baik dan ramah, rasanya seperti di rumah! Itu terletak di sebelah sungai sehingga orang tua saya menunggu kami di sana sementara kami melakukan arung jeram. Kami menyukai seluruh area dan pasti ingin kembali lagi :) 100/100 akan merekomendasikan!

Pemandu kami baik dan berpengetahuan luas tentang arung jeram dan gua yang kami jelajahi. Kami sangat bersenang-senang dalam kedua kegiatan tersebut dan pasti akan melakukannya lagi jika kami kembali ke Ipoh!

It was an exciting and enjoyable adventure for teenagers, children, and adults alike. In particular, Well, who guided us through the glass, was the best guide. He was kind, passionate, and the best guide who gave us the best time. I give him my highest praise. Thank you, Well~

Tuvimos el mejor momento haciendo tubing en el río, nuestro guía Radzi fue fantástico y nos divertimos muchísimo. Las áreas eran súper seguras y limpias, y la comida también estaba buena.

We're having a great time caving, tubing, and even added on water rafting thanks to the excellent customer service from the Riverbug staff! Kudos to JJ, Dodi, and Wel for entertaining us! We will definitely come back again for more adventures!
