He knew exactly when we needed to rest, and although the journey was long, I didn't feel very tired. He made us beautiful bamboo cups and even carved our names in Thai. Hiking Difficulty: This is a somewhat challenging route. The rainforest is very slippery, and some places are steep. If you regularly exercise, run, dance, or play sports, then this will be a lot of fun for you. Scenery: Very beautiful. Equipment Provided: The guide provided us with water and bamboo staffs.

We will cherish fond memories of this excursion day. It was certainly sporty, but the landscapes were worth it. And the guide took great care of us. We enjoyed an excellent meal with several varied and tasty dishes on a terrace with a breathtaking view, a walk through the jungle, bamboo forest, and waterfalls, a foot bath in the hot springs (large enclosed baths currently closed), and a souvenir gift that the guide carved from bamboo on the same day. Thank you Klook for this unforgettable experience and the kindness of the people we met.

I recently embarked on an unforgettable trekking tour in Chiang Rai, and I couldn't recommend it more! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, with lush green forests, rolling hills, and stunning vistas. What made this tour truly special, however, was the wealth of knowledge our guide shared with us about the local flora and fauna. We learned about the unique properties of various trees and plants, and even spotted some incredible wildlife along the way. The lunch break was a highlight, with a delicious meal served atop a scenic hill overlooking the surrounding countryside. And after working up a sweat, a refreshing swim in the nearby waterfall was the perfect way to cool off. I also appreciated the well-placed pitstops for drinks along the way, which ensured we stayed hydrated and energized throughout the trek. But what really made this tour stand out was the thoughtful touch of our guide, who took the time to craft beautiful bamboo cups and rings for us as souvenirs. It was a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to an already incredible experience. Overall, I highly recommend this trekking tour in Chiang Rai to anyone looking for a unique and enriching adventure. This is a full-day trekking course. The trekking course was more diverse than expected, and the views were magnificent. The forest path felt like a jungle, and the tea plantations visible while walking along the ridge, as well as the Lisu Akha Lahu village we visited during the course, were also enjoyable. The Lahu village, in particular, was full of energy and excitement. Lunchtime was also impressive; after buying groceries in the morning and heading up, the guide and a local resident cooked for us, and it was truly delicious. The guide was very friendly, and it became an unforgettable memory. This course is quite challenging, so it's recommended for those who enjoy trekking. Long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and comfortable shoes are essential! ^^

My guide was really nice - quite lucky and VERY knowledgeable. He introduced the functions of plants in the wild, carved bamboos and explained the tribes' lives very well. Highly recommend for people who are looking into cultural tourism and outdoor activities. Don't think hiking experience is required but will like to preface that you need a good sense of balance, know where to step and ALWAYS be alert. As a dancer who has some hiking experience, I think the difficulty is at a good 4/5 as some terrains are slippery AND steep. Knee problem people ... I think you should pass. You'll also see what mother nature is at its true form and learn to appreciate the things you have. Happiness and contentment can be easily attained - the tribal people here taught me that.

It wasn't planned but the staff were very helpful. I did enjoy the trekking, if you come on a rainy season— it might be fun but slippery, The long hours of walk through the jungle was indeed a good cardio! James and Moo were superb! great job guys!

This was the highlight of our time in northern Thailand. The great trekking tour was made even better by our guide, But. His knowledge was excellent and made the day very enjoyable. Lunch was great, with a number of different dishes cooked for us to try.

I joined this trip with two other tourists, one from Spain and one from Poland, and they were friendly. The guide was also very friendly and patient with us when we had questions. The trek is NOT for the faint-hearted, and there are many slippery slopes along the way. Please don't be like me—I only wore slippers throughout. Overall, it was worth it!

Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido este Jungle Trek. Estaba un poco preocupado porque no soy el más en forma, pero me alegra decir que tampoco fui el menos en forma del grupo: éramos 7 con 5 miembros del personal. Los guías fueron muy buenos asegurándose de que todos siguieran el ritmo, sin hacer sentir mal a nadie. Sugeriría tener un cierto nivel de condición física, ya que es bastante empinado en algunos lugares; el sendero no es un paseo por el parque. Si hubiera hecho más calor, también habría sido difícil. Ninguno de nosotros fue picado por mosquitos, pero todos usamos mucho repelente de insectos. La comida en una casa local fue muy buena; nos prepararon todo fresco. Al final, existía la opción de sentarse en las aguas termales/baño, pero después de una caminata muy larga y calurosa, nadie quiso hacerlo y todos tomamos cervezas/bebidas frías en el bar local. Definitivamente recomendaré este tour, solo hay que estar atento al calor.
