Good Price deal. private tour with pick up and drop off at hotel. this trip started with Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfall. Walks which are not difficult with some stairs and rocks towards the waterfall. After that, drove to Sembalun village with great view and lunch at Kedai Sawah (own expenses) overlooking the hill and plantation. On the way back, driver stops at an ancient mosque and foot of pergasingan hills because we say we are interested but unable to do it due to time constraint. Driver is nice to stop at few location along the way back for a quick photo shot. Recommended to book

Our driver/Tour guide, Sam, arrived on time for our trip. He provided us with clear details about our trip, and the journey to and from was amazing. It was roughly a 2-3 hour drive from our hotel at Sengigi, but it was worth every penny. We got to experience trekking to two waterfalls, Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep. Honestly, Tiu Kelep was beautiful and worth the journey. Next, we got to visit Bukit Selong. We had difficulty hiking up the hill due to the wet and slippery steps, but Sam was kind enough to wait and motivate us to continue until we reached the top. Upon reaching, the view was spectacular! Lastly, we had the opportunity to eat at Kedai Sawah Sembalun. The food served was delicious, and we got to enjoy the view! Thank you again, Sam, for taking care of us! The whole trip was worth every penny!

Pak Edi (pengemudi) dan temannya Rizal (pemandu wisata) menjemput kami di hotel sekitar pukul 08.30 pagi. Rizal adalah orang yang sangat lucu, melontarkan lelucon sepanjang perjalanan panjang. Pemberhentian pertama adalah Lembah Sembalun (tiba sekitar pukul 10.30 pagi). Kami harus mendaki sekitar 10-15 menit untuk mencapai titik pandang. Pemandangannya menakjubkan. Pemberhentian berikutnya adalah air terjun Sendang Gile dan Tiu Kelep. Keduanya mengharuskan Anda berjalan/mendaki sedikit, tetapi jalurnya cukup datar dan sedang. Sejujurnya, Sendang Gile sedikit mengecewakan (mungkin tempat itu perlu sedikit dibersihkan) tetapi Tiu Kelep sangat menakjubkan!! Kami menghabiskan cukup banyak waktu di sana. Secara keseluruhan, waktu di Tiu Kelep membuat perjalanan/jalur ini sepadan. PS// kami juga telah meminta pengemudi Pak Edi untuk membawa kami ke masjid tertua (Bayan Beleq) karena kami berada di dekatnya. Pengalaman keseluruhan yang luar biasa.

Driver provided excellent service and was flexible with requests. They can also take good pictures for you. Highly recommended, especially the waterfall. We spent a lot of time at the waterfall, so we couldn't fit in all the planned itinerary. It was also raining, so we skipped some places.

My recent tour in Lombok was disappointing. Entrance fees weren't included as promised, costing an extra 100,000 IDR per person. The itinerary was poorly planned, rushing through some places and skipping others. Despite providing my accommodation details, the tour blamed delays on our location. It would have been better to set an earlier pick-up time. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the waterfall and Sembalun Valley. The driver also took us to an average photo spot that cost 5,000 IDR and included a durian tasting. Overall, the tour's time management and extra costs marred what could have been a better experience.
