The Taxi Museum is the world's first private museum dedicated to taxi collections. It features antique cars, artifacts, historical materials, models, toys, fashion items, and artworks. Although not large, it is well worth a detailed visit. The admission ticket can be folded into a taxi, and can also be exchanged for drinks and bumper cars. Each display cabinet is organized by country, and the Japanese taxi collection even includes the driver's cap!

The taxi-related items collected from all over the world are dazzling, and the meticulous arrangement of items and interior vehicle displays everywhere shows the owner's passion for taxis, which is truly amazing! Although the exhibition space is not large, the parking lot is spacious and convenient. The admission ticket includes a can of drink + a soft sponge cake + one bumper car experience, and can also be used to deduct 50 yuan for gifts and 50 yuan for food and beverages. Booking online in advance is more convenient and slightly cheaper, which is a nice bonus. However, the main goal is convenience and speed. The tickets are great; you can reuse them by folding them into cars for kids to play with or collect, which adds more value. There are so many miniature cars inside, I really admire the collectors; many of them are adorable. Even though you just look at them and then they're gone, it's still a great viewing experience. You can even see a real plane passing over the taxi's nose, which I found quite impactful. There's also a small play area for children to relieve boredom, which is fantastic, and outdoor cars for them to ride.

Upon entering the Taxi Museum, I was captivated by the rich exhibits. It showcased a variety of historic taxis, from antique models to modern cabs, illustrating the evolution of transportation. Each vehicle seemed to carry a story, deeply piquing my curiosity. The museum also featured vivid explanations and videos, giving me a deeper understanding of the taxi industry. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer my questions, making the entire visit even more enjoyable.

I personally think it's great. The museum has a rich collection of exhibits, and the staff are very friendly. From the Su'ao New Station exit gate, turn right and walk straight. After seeing the elevator, take it to the first floor, and it's a short walk from there. Definitely do not go from the front station, as the travel time will be more than double!

First stop on our Yilan trip: the Taxi Museum! It has all kinds of vehicles, a paradise for kids with so many cars. The admission ticket can even be assembled into a small car model, which I, as an adult, also enjoyed putting together. Plus, buying a ticket includes a bumper car ride voucher and a free drink – what a great deal!

The ticket includes a can of Coke and one ride on either the bumper cars or the carousel 🎠. The bumper cars are exciting and fun. The store has plenty of air conditioning, tables, and chairs where you can rest and assemble the car model from the ticket, which is very interesting. There's an open space at the entrance with children's bicycles available for unlimited play. If you bring children, they can play for one to two hours while parents can relax.
