Experiência de Safári de Luxo no Deserto por Platinum Heritage

This is a comfortable, non-adventurous tour, focusing on conservation. Communication was punctual, and they picked us up at the hotel on time. The car was comfortable, and joining the trip with 3 other people was just right. The staff were polite and professional, providing hair covers and good quality water bottles. The food was also delicious, suitable for the price paid.

Why I’m definitely booking again with Platinum Heritage in my future trips as a solo joiner. (Luxury desert safari -heritage desert safari) 1. You get what you pay for.👌 3. They have class and professionalism. I would give them a 10/10 in terms of the staff’s demeanor,(Everyone is a gentleman. From our guide “RAJ”, the chefs who prepared the food, the photographers , the welcoming team, the cameleers… “EVERYONE.”)the quality of the accommodation,the food and drinks, the type of vehicle used for hotel pick up and drop was clean and well maintained, it was also very easy to communicate with their admin regarding bookings, confirmation and other concerns. 4. No dune bashing that makes me throw up. 5. Their camels don’t look or feel like they’re abused or overworked. 6. The food is delicious. The meat was tender and tasty. 7. They serve Camel milk, Karak tea, Vimto , Cinnamon tea , some other juices and coffee. Such a unique variety right? 8. You get a cute head scarf(Sheila-for ladies)(Ghutra- for men) and a tumbler that kept my water ice cold for hours even when I got back to my hotel. 9. Their Henna Tattoo didn’t give me an allergic reaction. 10. They take really great photos because they have professional photographers. You can hand them your phone or you can ask them to take your photos using their camera. This is so helpful for solo joiners like me. oh! and the Dubai Desert has the most beautiful sunset!🥰 11. They also have a drone that can take your video while at the desert and will become an insert to their premade video. 12. “RAJ” our host! Very professional, such a gentleman and really took great care of our group. He really takes effort to entertain his guests and makes you feel really welcome, safe and at home. He’s like a big brother. He volunteers to take your photos too, he’s the one who took the photos of me at the sand dunes. Thanks Raj! I had such a blast! What an adventure! I now have another special memory that I can take with me as I continue on with my journey. Much appreciated! Best desert experience with Platinum Heritage. Jay is our guide of the day and his hospitality is superb! He introduced place of interest on the journey to the desert and took nice pictures of us. Definitely will come back again in winter.

Land Rover was fun and stable to ride in, sand dunes were really pretty, falcon show was interesting, lots of fun at the dinner area - free camel ride, star gazing, and food was great!

Thanks to our guide and driver, Sheikh. He shared a lot with us about the Arabian Oryx and desert plants, which was very interesting and informative. Additionally, the stargazing session was amazing.

This is by far the best desert safari program. The kind guide provided detailed explanations and guidance, picked us up from our Sharjah hotel outside of Dubai, and offered camel riding, a desert tour, and breakfast at a top-tier luxury hotel, which left a lasting impression on us. Highly recommended.

My favorite part was the desert camel ride. The staff leading the camels kept taking photos for me, so I ended up tipping him. I highly recommend it; you can get many beautiful pictures!

The tour is very good. I learned how to tie the scarf, and I had a very good quality water bottle. The idea of an eco-friendly tour resonates with me. The falcon interaction is fantastic. The drum and dance program is wonderful, and the finale this time was stargazing, which was what I really wanted, and my dream came true!

Geweldige safari voor iedereen, zeer comfortabel voor de rit de stad uit, ik vond het heerlijk om in de Land Rovers door het natuurreservaat te rijden. Geweldige manier om wilde dieren te zien, geschikt voor alle leeftijden. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Speciale aandacht voor kinderen wat betreft eten etc. Hulp bij foto's. Veel eten. De nacht gaat snel voorbij. De enige kleine verbetering is dat de kameelrit erg kort was en na zonsondergang; dit zou eerder en bij daglicht moeten zijn. Dank aan Jovan en het team.

A truly perfect experience, I highly recommend this tour, especially the stargazing at the end, which was an unprecedented experience. Our guide, Mubasher, was also very helpful, providing a lot of assistance and a complete introduction to the attractions :) Everything was wonderful ❤️
