The advertised price seemed reasonable, but upon arrival, I was hit with hidden charges that were never mentioned beforehand. They demanded extra fees for things that should have been included, like accessories and safety equipment, which felt like a blatant money grab. Worse still, the staff/operator attempted to upsell unnecessary add-ons aggressively, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. At one point, it felt like they were trying to scam me into paying for "another buggy" which I already paid for. The actual dune buggy ride was fine, but by the time we got started, my excitement was already dampened by their shady practices. I couldn’t enjoy the experience knowing I had been deceived. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Transparency and honesty are critical in the tourism industry, and they failed miserably on both counts. Look elsewhere if you want an enjoyable, stress-free experience.
