Please arrive 10 minutes early, and a staff member will assist you with changing. Afterwards, there will be a briefing. The snorkeling area in the aquarium is very small, so 20 minutes is more than enough, perhaps even a bit boring. However, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. After the activity, there are only simple rinse-off facilities, and no hair dryers. You can purchase photos: 135 AED for one printed photo plus three digital copies, or 600 AED for all digital photos, which is about 70 pictures.

DO NOT BOOK. This is misleading, both Atlantis and Klook are promoting the activity where the photos show people can swim freely with flippers. However, when I got there and did the briefing, they strictly said you are not allowed to remove your life vest and you can only float on the surface. Flippers were not provided. I did not participate in the activity and told them their promotional photos are misleading and I wanted a refund. Their front desk management said I would need to coordinate with Klook, and once Atlantis management received the request from Klook to approve the refund, they would approve it. BUT BOTH KLOOK AND ATLANTIS ARE NOT BEING COOPERATIVE. YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THIS ACTIVITY IS MISLEADING.
