The shop's decor is comfortable, simple, and clean. After purchasing an activity, you need to book an appointment online in advance. Before the massage, tea and towels are provided, and the massage rooms have clean and comfortable beds. The only slight imperfection is that for a Thai massage, the techniques used by the masseuses here are a bit different from usual, incorporating many new styles. However, both my friend and I felt that the massage technique was a bit off, not hitting the key acupoints that needed attention, and we didn't feel relaxed afterward. Nevertheless, the masseuses and reception staff were very friendly. After the massage, different flavors of ice cream are offered: Thai milk tea, coconut, and mango sticky rice.

The place is newly renovated with a wooden design. The location isn't very convenient; you have to specifically take the MTR and then walk there. However, the therapist's technique is excellent; it was so comfortable I fell asleep.

The location is more convenient than the main store, just a 5-minute walk from the BTS skywalk. However, it's much smaller than the main store, and if you only get a massage without a scrub, you can't shower. But the masseurs' skills are just as good as at the main store; I was so comfortable I fell asleep. Considering the price, it's excellent value for money. I originally planned to get a scrub, but it turns out this branch doesn't offer them, only showers and body lotions. Still, everyone seemed very polite. Service: Very polite. Masseurs: Excellent technique with even pressure.

It was my second visit to Calm Spa, but my first time at the Ari branch and my second time at Phloen Chit. The therapists at both branches are skilled, although I sometimes found it a bit painful (the medium pressure here is stronger than medium pressure at other massage places). However, the reception service at Ari is better, and the room is also much larger. I would only recommend the Phloen Chit branch if you can only travel near Siam.
