At first, I thought the price was too high, but then I realized that the mountain cable car alone costs €72, and suddenly it didn't seem so bad! The weather was great, we could reach the summit, and even go sledding on the way down. We took both the cable car and the train, and the itinerary was very smooth. The tour guide was very enthusiastic about helping us take photos and explained everything in great detail. I think it was well worth the price!

Our tour guide Monica's explanations were quite clear that day, and she even handed out self-made paper maps to ensure everyone knew the meeting time and place after free time. The coach also had a restroom (though I didn't use it). However, solo travelers joining a group tour also means interacting with companions from different countries, which is a double-edged sword: on one hand, you can learn about different cultures and exchange travel experiences, enriching the itinerary; but on the other hand, group members' backgrounds and travel habits vary, so time management and behavior might cause slight inconveniences, requiring a bit more tolerance and flexibility.

The tour guide explained in English and German, was very polite and always smiling. The scenery was beautiful, and it was definitely worth the visit!

The guide didn't share any information during the bus trip, and both the driver and guide were smoking e-cigarettes, which smelled terrible. The bus was completely full, and we couldn't sit together as a family. For convenience, the tour is about 20% more expensive than a do-it-yourself trip, but it's still worth choosing.

Before departing, I presented the e-voucher which had both Chinese and English. However, the tour guide seemed to have an issue with the Chinese, saying it would be faster if I showed the English version. But the next second, after asking for the number of participants, he let me board the bus without scanning the QR code. I'm not sure what he verified, or if he was simply speaking based on ethnicity. This tour doesn't seem to welcome Chinese speakers.

Attractions along the way: Although the weather was bad, seeing the snow was still a great experience! Tour guide: Seven was excellent!!

行程給的時間充足，但是要很清楚集合時間跟地點，準時很重要，我們這團回程有3個人時間到沒有上車，導遊有去找人但是沒找到人，所以集合時間到車子就開走了
