We had a wonderful experience on this tour, and it was definitely worth it! Our tour guide, Monica (English speaking) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She managed the time very well and explained everything in great detail. She shared lots of interesting information about Munich’s history, culture, and background, which made the journey even more enjoyable and meaningful. She also recommended some really good local food. I would definitely recommend purchasing both entrance tickets as they are well worth it and make the overall experience even better. A special thank you also to our driver, Simon, who was very responsible and drove us safely back to our hotel. We felt comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour, the beautiful sights, the atmosphere, and the excellent service from both Monica and Simon. Highly recommended, especially for first-time visitors to Munich! This tour is highly recommended! Even though I didn't pay for the castle tour (worth 42 EUR, to be paid by card only), I still enjoyed staying outside the castles. There are lots of picturesque places outside both castles.

Transport was very comfortable and on time. Personally, I think there is no need to enter the palaces as the highlight is the view from outside. Not to mention the enterance ticket prices were ridiculously steep. Guide was mediocre and provided just enough information about the places we are visiting.

We had a wonderful day trip! Everything was very well organised, and the guide was informative and engaging throughout the tour. We were given ample time at each location to explore, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings at our own pace. Both sites were absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

First of all, thanks to Merlin, our guide, who explained everything so clearly and engagingly in English, we made wonderful memories! The tour schedule was also very relaxed, which I was very satisfied with. The guide who first showed us around Linderhof Palace was truly excellent. With a voice and pronunciation like a TOEIC listening section, they explained everything so calmly that even those not proficient in English could easily understand. We didn't get off the bus in Oberammergau village but simply passed through and enjoyed the sights. At Neuschwanstein Castle, we were given ample time, including lunch, so we could enjoy everything there was to offer. Please note that Neuschwanstein Castle also offers Korean guides, and the entry times vary depending on the ticket, so listen carefully to your guide's explanation and make a note of it! For lunch, we ate at a restaurant recommended by our Merlin guide, and it was so delicious that I ate a lot, haha. Although the guide doesn't enter the castle with you, they watched over everyone at the entrance and provided explanations, ensuring no one was left behind. They also meticulously managed everyone at the restaurant, checking on each person. And the bus driver!! Their driving was excellent, and the drink service was also top-notch. Water, soft drinks, and beer are expensive if you buy them outside, so buy them on the bus! Regular water and drinks were 2 euros, and beer was about 2.5 euros! The lemonade sold on the bus is delicious, so be sure to try it. Thanks to our guide and driver, we had a safe and enjoyable trip to Füssen. Thank you very much. Vielen Dank 💕

Un sueño hecho realidad. El tour y los guías están muy organizados. El horario fue explicado claramente, lo cual es realmente útil. Muy fácil de comprar y canjear/usar. ¡Altamente recomendado!

The itinerary was satisfactory. On the bus, you could buy drinks or coffee, and there were USB charging ports and a restroom. Our guide, Juliana, gave clear instructions, and both palaces were worth visiting. There wasn't much free time at Neuschwanstein Castle, so if you wanted to find a restaurant to sit down and eat, it would be very rushed. We just had a quick hot dog 🌭 and then went to the bus stop to queue for the shuttle bus. If you choose to walk, it takes about 40 minutes. The shuttle bus costs 3.5 euros per person, and the horse-drawn carriage is 8 euros per person. Both require queuing, and after getting off, you still need to walk for another 15 minutes. We waited about 35 minutes for the shuttle bus 😰 because we chose it to be able to take photos at Marienbrücke. It's important to note that the castle's entry time is only 5 minutes. For example, if your tour is at 15:20, you can only enter between 15:20 and 15:25. If you're late, your ticket will be forfeited, so you must arrive at the castle entrance on time. This tour is recommended for its included map, convenience of not having to figure out transportation yourself, and the ability to visit two palaces in one day!

My husband and I did enjoy this tour. we normally do DIY and this is our first time joining a tour group. Best decision ever! Our tour Guide Johnny is so knowlegeable and at the same time so funny! Together with the bus driver Dragon! We travelled on the 19th June 2026. Everything is on time. Very convenient they even sell drinks/snacks on board which is good as we don’t bring any snacks with us. Toilet on board is also a plus! This is Highly Recommended and will travel with them again in the future!
