Aula de Culinária Tailandesa Pum em Phuket

This was such a great class! I loved that I could choose the dishes I wanted to cook, and that everything was already prepared. I made fried rice, chicken cashew stir fry, and satay chicken with dipping sauces. I was also lucky enough to watch some other dishes being made by the other 2 people in the class - and even got a taste. Every dish that was cooked tasted AMAZING, and was so quick and easy to make. I loved the mortar & pestle, and the basket we used during cooking, so of course had to buy my own to take home (and they were a very good price)! I’ll definitely be using them to make some more of the recipes in my recipe book that I received as part of the class. I’ve forgotten the name of the instructor (sorry 😅) but she was amazing - so lovely, talented and funny - she got us singing & dancing while making curry paste 🤣 and Pum was there too, who was also lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended experience!!

My wife and I booked last minute. Pum and the team were immensely accommodating and we got to make a bunch of delicious dishes. The experience was wonderfully fun! We were taught about Thai cooking concepts, techniques and preparation. We even had some Thai language lessons! Could not recommend more highly! We made Green Curry Paste, Pad See Ew, Prawn Soup, Fried Rice, Satay and Phad Nam Prik Pow. The last two were stand outs :)

Fácil de aprender a cocinar comida tailandesa con excelentes instrucciones y un libro de recetas para después. Cuando no pudimos comer toda nuestra comida, el amable personal nos la empaquetó para llevar. Me compré un delantal, especias y un paño de cocina. Una experiencia realmente genial que nos ha equipado a mi marido y a mí para cocinar tailandés con facilidad. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Great, friendly, and warm atmosphere. Nana and her crew have fantastic, bubbly personalities. I highly recommend their cooking classes! We also had a short introduction to the local ingredients, which was a wonderful touch.

Such a great cooking class! The staff were all so lovely, and as a special treat we were taught by Pum herself who was such a character and had so much knowledge and so many stories to tell! It's great that you can pick from a list of dishes, as it means the recipe book you get at the end has more dishes in it than just the ones you cooked. We learnt loads about the herbs and spices used, made our own curry paste, and even learnt some Thai at the beginning of the session. Such good value for money!

¡Excelente clase! Tomamos la clase de 1.5 horas y comenzamos aprendiendo las palabras tailandesas básicas para "fideos", "pollo", etc. Luego nos divertimos mucho en el mortero y la maja haciendo nuestra propia pasta de curry. Finalmente, la usamos para cocinar nuestros platos; la carne y las verduras ya estaban precortadas y ¡fue muy divertido! (de hecho, nos sorprendió mucho lo sabrosa que quedó nuestra comida). ¡Recomendado al 100%!

We did the pum little lipstick class of 1.5 hours, got to make 3 dishes which were all delicious! Pum and her team are wonderful and friendly and made us all laugh. Would definitely recommend 👌

I had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class! The owner/chef/teacher was truly amazing — she brought so much energy, warmth, and positivity to the entire experience. Her upbeat attitude made the class not only fun but also super engaging from start to finish. She has a real gift for teaching — everything was explained so clearly and made to feel so easy and approachable. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who cooks often, you’ll feel right at home in her kitchen. The recipes were delicious, and the whole experience was incredibly enjoyable. I left with a full stomach, new skills, and a big smile. If you’re in Patong and looking for a memorable and authentic Thai cooking experience, I highly recommend this class. You won’t regret it!

Me encantó que esto se ofreciera aquí. Las recetas fueron fáciles de seguir. Y la mejor parte es que fuimos nosotros quienes lo comimos para el almuerzo, ¡delicioso!
