Exiting the airport, it was very easy to find the counter to drop off luggage, and we arrived at the hotel very quickly. We expected to arrive at night, but we were already there in the afternoon. Absolutely in love with this service. I was stressed with my two pieces of luggage (one was a check-in with 20kg and one was a carry-on of 8kg). I had to carry them around the subway in Kyoto and look for lifts or escalators to go to the right platform. As we already know Japan's train stations are well-known for multiple flights of stairs, so with big or multiple luggages, it can be inconvenient to commute from city to city or city to the airport. Amazingly after the reservation, I got the confirmation and into contact with Airporter customer service staff straight away. The communication was clear and efficient in English. They even assisted me in communicating with my hotel front desk in Japanese for the pick-up procedure. Everything done within 30 minutes included communication with the hotel staff. Every single step from picking up my luggage to delivering it to the final destination, I would get an email to confirm everything. I picked up my luggage at Osaka Kansai Int Terminal 1 4th floor international departure (near check-in counter A) at the appointed time. I highly recommend you to utilised this efficient service to reduce any hassle while transferring your luggage from places to places. I would use it again if I return to Japan next time

I used this service and was able to roam freely for the day without having to worry about bringing our bags on the trains to get to our next hotel. I received the confirmation email from the baggage company straight away. I made a mistake on my booking and they assisted me. I really appreciate their flexibility. They required the luggage to be at reception/front desk by 9 AM. I received an email at 10 AM that my bag had already been delivered to my next hotel, which I didn't expect. After placing the order, the service provider will contact me via email and send the flight and hotel details (both very straightforward). The service provider is very thoughtful; they contact the hotel beforehand, and the hotel also reminds us to bring our luggage to the front desk by 9:00 AM the next morning. The provider also sends reminder emails a few days in advance, telling you to notify them if your itinerary changes or if you need to cancel, which is not annoying at all and shows excellent follow-up. On the day, after entrusting our luggage to the front desk, they took photos as a record when picking it up, and they also send notifications when the luggage arrives at the airport, so you don't have to worry. Since our flight that day was after 9 PM, using this service was essential, allowing us to comfortably go elsewhere and continue shopping. This avoids your luggage inconveniencing others on subways and buses, especially since the pedestrian paths in Osaka and Kyoto sometimes have inclines, and dragging luggage all the way to the hotel can be exhausting. For the return trip, it completely frees up your hands, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the last day of your journey with just a backpack. You'll even have room to buy more if you wish. Your luggage will be easily retrieved at the airport at your scheduled time. Remember not to go to the wrong floor or direction; luggage pickup is on the fourth floor of Kansai Airport. Allow enough time to collect your luggage before checking in and dropping it off, so you can continue to shop and explore the airport to your heart's content.
