It's a bit far from the subway station. We had an appointment and were seated quickly. First, they did my hair, then my makeup, all according to my ideas. It was great, took about 2 hours to complete, and was an unforgettable experience.

El maquillaje y el peinado eran realmente hermosos. Disfruté mucho mi experiencia allí, el servicio valió totalmente la pena, fueron muy amables y fue muy relajante. Llegué allí tomando el metro, lo encontré fácilmente ya que busqué referencias fotográficas de la zona para no perderme. Espero que esta referencia fotográfica ayude a alguien que intente llegar.

The store environment is excellent, with all 5 floors belonging to Jenny House. I booked makeup and hair styling, and the hair was done personally by the director. The makeup artist was a senior professional, and both were very skilled! I recommend taking a taxi directly here, otherwise, you'll have to walk up many slopes. Environment: Superb. Service: Superb.

My translator was very nice, left after the short consultation but wasn’t an issue since my actual stylist knew pretty good English ^^ I even got lucky and saw a k-pop group walking in! 🥹 Loved the end product, took an hour for the cut & dry. I didn’t end up getting a drink but they did offer it to me :) I would suggest bringing reference photos since it definitely makes it all easier. They just asked me for my name when I walked in, didnt show the voucher(tho would suggest screenshotting it in case!)

The service was excellent, truly a celebrity-level experience. The male staff member who washed my hair was very attentive and gentle, always asking if the water temperature was suitable, and his movements were soft, making me feel like my hair was genuinely being cared for! The director styled my hair; he was very professional, kind, and friendly, arranging drinks for me while chatting. I am very satisfied with the final hairstyle! As for the makeup, I was also very pleased with the entire experience. Because there was a wait, the staff arranged new drinks for me, and these details were handled perfectly. Although I don't speak Korean, I used translation software beforehand to show the makeup artist my requests, and I felt she truly paid attention to what I wrote. The final makeup look was beautiful and suited me perfectly! Next time I go to Korea, I want to try their hair treatment!

I enjoyed my experience at Jenny House. The makeup effect is up to standard. The staff here are efficient. The hair salon at Jenny House is very impressive in terms of their skill. Try this service when you are in Seoul to experience the fun makeup over experience. They are also a good choice for bridal makeup. We went there via Taxi, so it saved a lot of hassle. However, the traffic jam in Seoul and Gangnam area is quite bad in the morning before noon, so do allocate more time when you make your way there.

Highly recommend! If you expect to have a Korean look or find a hair style that fits you with a bit of Korean taste, definitely look for stylist Lee Soo Jin (李秀真)! I did hair cut and styling with stylist Lee, super love it! don’t worry about the language, the salon will have a translator to help you. I will come back again 100%! ^thanks for the little gift bag^^

The haircut was good but did not feel as cozy as my first visit. Male stylist and assistant were nice. Also no free gifts given this time, previous visit received a small size shampoo, conditioner and hand sanitizer.

Very interesting experience. The translator will check in with you on whether you have a particular hairstyle or makeup style before they proceed. Upon completion, they will also ask you if you need “amendments” / touch ups to be done.

No estaba segura de qué esperar cuando reservé esta experiencia, ¡pero mi experiencia fue increíble! Llegué fácilmente, me ofrecieron una bebida antes de ir a lavarme el pelo. Una vez que me lavaron el pelo, me llevaron para que me empezaran a maquillar. Me secaron el pelo mientras me maquillaban. La atención al detalle fue asombrosa. Necesitarás tener una foto de referencia para el pelo y el maquillaje para que puedan basarse en ella. El maquillaje era precioso y nada pesado. Fui a que me peinaran. La estilista me explicó las expectativas con respecto al estilo, ¡lo cual me encantó porque así supe exactamente qué esperar! Recomiendo esta experiencia al 100%. El salón era excepcional y limpio. Cualquier trabajador con el que me encontré fue muy, muy amable y servicial.
