They are very efficient and nice, yet they didn’t suggest hair style based on my appearance (maybe because they are not very fluent in english). I wish they could make more use of translators/ recruit staff fluent in english, but the overall experience is great and the result is cool

When I told them my desired hairstyle, they advised me that a different style would suit me better based on my bone structure and face shape. They repeatedly asked, "How about this?" which was very kind. It was my first time at a Korean hair salon, but I'd like to go again. Although they only spoke Korean and English, I appreciate that they spoke slowly and understood my poor Korean.

I really liked how they cut and styled my hair. I requested a layered cut with face framing pieces and they did very well. Not a lot of them speak English but we were able to communicate through Papago/body language. My stylist also recommended other treatments for my hair but they weren’t too overbearing/hard selling.

Last year, I bought this for a friend, and I thought their painting was beautiful. This time, experiencing it myself, I truly feel the teacher is amazing; they painted a different me. However, the package details mentioned coffee, but I didn't receive any on the day.

Me encantó mi maquillaje. Era bonito y me quedaba bien. Estaba un poco pastoso, pero también tengo la piel muy texturizada y con imperfecciones, así que es posible que otros no tengan el mismo problema. Mi maquilladora hizo que mis ojos se vieran súper grandes y bonitos, lo cual me encantó. Lo que más me impresionó fue cómo manejaron mi madarosis, que hace que no tenga pestañas. Aunque pude notar que se sorprendieron, se recuperaron sin problemas y me hicieron un hermoso maquillaje de ojos que hacía parecer que tenía pestañas. Agradecí su adaptación, actitud y habilidades.

I was so grateful that they kindly communicated with me even though I couldn't speak Korean ㅠㅠ. About five people, including hair and makeup artists, worked together to complete my look. I want to thank all the staff. My friends also gave me good reviews, and I was especially impressed that my makeup lasted from early morning until late at night without smudging!
