This time, as usual, I booked a specific therapist on Klook, but the staff at Villalike Zhongshan Clubhouse didn't inform me (no SMS or call); I had to proactively call them. They then told me that the person I requested wasn't working at my scheduled time. Later, we agreed over the phone to change the appointment to 4 PM, when my therapist would be on duty. However, when I arrived, it was a completely unfamiliar person... I was speechless. Although she gave a very good massage, I was taken aback at the moment because the whole point of requesting a specific therapist is to avoid unfamiliar people. I hope you don't just raise prices without improving other aspects of your service. Thank you.

However, after four or five years of massages, I feel like there are signs of it getting worse, and almost all the therapists have changed... Please, you're making so much money, invest it back into the people who are earning it for you.

The massage is a bit more pricey than others but totally worth it. The foot massage before the massage was already so relaxing. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The therapist I got (Rene) was really good. Fell asleep while massage. highly recommend.

This time, after the Zhongshan store's renovation, I finally got an appointment with my preferred aromatherapist after a long wait. She gave a wonderful massage, allowing me to rest well. However, my favorite treatment is still the essential oil spa, which deeply releases muscle tension.

I've been to many massage places and villas, but this one makes me want to keep coming back. I especially recommend the traditional Thai massage for stress relief, which includes stretching and passive yoga. The results are excellent.

This time, I chose the Ren'ai Branch 2 for a 90-minute full-body essential oil massage. The aromatherapist assigned, Sasha (number 132), was excellent! Her strength was just right! I would definitely want to book her again in the future. However, my friend who came with me was ten minutes late that day, and we were quite embarrassed. But it was clear that the front desk staff was very unhappy. When helping my friend change shoes, they impatiently and directly said, "Change into slippers," and immediately turned and left after putting down the shoes. This made me a bit awkward, as it was a rare outing for my friend, and she was really looking forward to it. While being late is indeed not ideal, given that it's a service industry, I wonder if they could have at least pretended to be polite, or gently reminded her to avoid being late for future appointments. After all, she had already apologized and it wasn't intentional, so there was no need to show such displeasure and spoil the customer's mood... This is what I found rather regrettable.

I've experienced oil massages and traditional Thai massages, and I really enjoy the passive yoga for the feeling of stretching my muscles and bones.
