The duration is sufficient, and the route is fixed. What animals you see depends on luck. We only saw wild buffalo, black bears, peacocks, sika deer, bee-eaters, jungle fowl, monkeys, and so on.

The first 2 hours in the park were good. We were several vehicles together and some of the drivers in the other vehicles were good at spotting the animals. But then our vehicle remained on its own and our driver just sped through the park, barely noticing what was there.

Worst experience of my life! Driver didn’t show up, they rescheduled without my okay to a time which I couldn’t attend. Then they said they’d refund me and I get $11 out of $130 back. Stay clear of this scam!!! Apparently Klook customer service can’t refund me any more money as the operator has “significant operating expenses”. Complete and utter joke. Additionally, as my mate went alone on the rescheduled trip, the driver stopped for beers on the way and drank multiple lion strong (8% alcohol) while driving!!! All in all a very bad experience that anyone should stay clear off.

We were picked up from the hotel on time. We arrived at the location even earlier than the park opened. Due to organizational delays, we entered the park half an hour later than everyone else. We returned from the park earlier than everyone else and even before 10 AM, as stated. We were the last to enter and the first to return. In total, we spent about 3 hours in the park itself. The first half of the trip was interesting. Then a short break. And after the break, our jeep driver went in the direction from which departing drivers said there were no animals. As a result, we spent the entire second half driving through places where we didn't encounter a single animal. As for the English-speaking guide's accompaniment, it was just the names of animals in English. I don't know if they work with only one jeep driver or if we were just "lucky." Regarding payment. The advertisement stated an additional ticket fee of up to $25 per person! It turned out that the park had changed its prices a long time ago, and for two people, it ended up being $83.5 extra. They promised to correct the information, but two weeks later, the old information is still there.
