This private tour experience in Sri Lanka was absolutely fantastic! I've never been on such a wonderful private tour, and I especially want to commend our tour leader, Chanaka, for his incredibly thoughtful service! First, he was very friendly and approachable, and his English communication skills were excellent, allowing us to communicate smoothly throughout the entire trip without any barriers. Second, he drove very safely, making us feel secure and comfortable the whole way. Third, he was practically a photography expert, always finding the best spots for photos. Every recommended photo op was super photogenic, leaving us with many precious travel memories. What surprised us most was how intelligent and attentive he was. He always knew the best time to visit each attraction and proactively helped us secure the best spots, making the entire journey both efficient and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful to him for giving us such a perfect trip to Sri Lanka, and we highly recommend him to all friends who plan to travel here!

I placed my order on this platform just one day in advance and flew from Singapore to Sri Lanka the next day. Janani from Ceylon Paradise Tours contacted me quickly and efficiently arranged a driver-guide. Before departure, she patiently adjusted the itinerary based on my preferences, which made me feel reassured from the start. During the 7-day trip, my driver-guide Chammika took great care of me, ensuring everything went smoothly. He is professional, friendly, and attentive. He clearly arranged both the hill-country and coastal train experiences and handled all logistics well. When I slightly injured my wrist at a wild elephant eco-park, he immediately bought ointment for me. He drove safely, helped with photos, and kept the car clean and comfortable every day. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend them for a safe and worry-free travel experience.

Overall, the trip was a good experience. Chanaka was my guide and driver, and I particularly appreciated the high level of customization for this tour. For example, I removed some items from the itinerary and added others, such as a guided tour of historical sites. Guests can also communicate their personal preferences and abilities with Janani beforehand. Chanaka arranged the itinerary very efficiently; the private car was clean, comfortable, and punctual. Before departure, Janani was also very helpful and friendly in assisting with arrangements and planning, including hotel accommodation and breakfast/dinner arrangements. Throughout the entire journey, I felt very relaxed, enjoying a slow-paced and in-depth exploration of this vibrant country, from temples, ruins, mountains, and lakes to animal conservation parks. The whole trip gave me a deeper understanding of this country. Everything went smoothly, from the hotel pick-up on the first day to the car return on the last day. Thanks again to our guide Chanaka for leading and taking care of us along the way.

Overall we really enjoyed the tour and it was a great way to experience the variety of everything Sri Lanka has to offer! Our guide Hashi was very knowledgeable and made us feel very relaxed (including our 2.5yo daughter!) throughout the tour. He shared a lot of insights and showed us a few treats to give us more of a local perspective. When receiving the itinerary ahead of the trip, do take some time to request for indicative prices for activies, look through the hotels (which may not always be what are advertised) and further customise/ask for more suggestions in each area if needed. Overall Sri Lanka has been wonderful and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future!

Highly recommend! Amazing 7 days exploring so many fantastic places of interest, with my topnotch guide Oshan. Appreciated all the flexibility with the stops, pacing, food, and really anything I wanted. The private car was clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient for exploring the breadth of Sri Lanka, away from the huge groups of other tourists. From temples, to ruins, mountains, lakes, train, safari, beach, and shopping, I gained a great appreciation of what the country has to offer. Oshan explained each stop in sufficient detail, even the towns we would just pass through, and it was eye opening to hear from the local perspective. I had no stress at all about the food, hotels, transfers, nor itinerary. Kudos to Oshan and the team.

Sachi was our guide. I loved how customizable this tour was, and communication was smooth and easy. From pick-up to drop-off, everything was amazing. I removed some activities and added some hiking and even whale watching to the itinerary, and Sachi was really efficient in arranging the trip. Prior to the tour, Janani was very helpful and friendly in assisting with scheduling and planning. Thank you so much for this wonderful trip; it truly made my first time in Sri Lanka unforgettable.
