Excursão de um dia a Sigiriya e Dambulla saindo de Colombo, Kaluthara ou da área de Bentota

It was a memorable experience for me. My guide at Sigiriya Lion Rock - ASHAN is very good in taking photos and really knowledgeable with the site. My driver and guide for Dambulla - SHAN is very accommodating and funny. I really recommend this tour package for those planning to visit UNESCO sites here in SL. Kudos!

We had a wonderful driver, Shan. While in the car, we talked about a variety of things. He is not only a driver, but now a friend of mine. I guess the operation might need to be improved, but I enjoyed the tour very much. Thank you.

I have only ever given Klook reviews the highest rating, but this is the first time I'm giving this rating. It was that bad. I am deliberately posting this because I don't want others to experience the same thing. As mentioned in other reviews, there are problems with the overall operation of the tour. They never announced that if we didn't leave a certain place by a certain time, we wouldn't make it to the next destination. So, I thought I could take my time and look around, only to realize later that I actually had to rush. This happened multiple times. The most unforgivable thing was that they gave me false information about the closing time of the Dambulla Cave Temple. They told me it closed an hour later than it actually did, so I went thinking I would make it, but it was already closed and I missed it. At that time, they also tried to talk me down with emotional arguments, saying things like, "I did my best for you, so it's not my fault," which was very cowardly. Furthermore, they made statements that were contrary to the facts, trying to make it seem like I was in the wrong, such as, "You initially said you didn't want to go here, but then you changed your mind and said you did." I still regret choosing this tour, and it's painful that I came all the way to Sri Lanka, having secured a lot of money and time, only to experience this. I still shed tears over it.

This tour allows you to visit Dambulla temple and Sigiriya in one day from Colombo. It's a perfect tour for someone who has limited time in Sri Lanka. My driver, Raihan, was very kind and friendly.

The itinerary was well-arranged, and we were very lucky to have a kind, patient, and good-natured driver assigned to us. My only regret is that my English isn't very good, so I couldn't communicate with him more. I highly recommend this service.

It was a tough tour, departing at 7:00 AM and arriving at 9:00 PM, but thanks to the round-trip transfer service and the Japanese-speaking guide (available for an additional fee), we were able to complete it stress-free.

ドライバーの人柄が良かった

全体的に長時間の運転とならざるを得ないためなのか、他のアジアの国々のツアーと比較して料金が高い。その上で、当日チケット含め多額の料金負担が必要。加えて、Whatsappで提示されてた金額より当日多い金額を請求された。(為替レートとか言われたが、真偽不明)オプショナルについては、いくつかあるが、Villege tourは正直行かなくてよい。ランチもお腹壊しそうな衛生環境で、美味しくはなかった。シギリヤロックは人が多く、道のりも険しいためガイドがいた方が安心。国立公園ツアーはべらぼうに高いが、野生のゾウをみるという貴重な体験ができ、自然が好きな人にはおすすめできる内容だった。
