2D1N Pyeongchang Alpensia Ski Resort

We got contacted prior to pick up via WhatsApp for confirmation. You will be dropped off somewhere at the Resort but will be picked up at the Welcome Centre. Walk in and access the Welcome Centre from the back if you have luggages to drag as there are staircases from the front.

Such a nice place for staycation, we enjoyed our snow sled, the room was also nice. There were many resto and convenience stores.

The highlight of our Korea trip! I'm so grateful I booked through Klook. The tour bus arrived on time, and we were dropped off at the ski resort with plenty of freedom to explore. We arrived around 11 am, checked in our luggage, and killed time at Odaesan National Park since check-in wasn't until 3 pm. Our room was spacious with a stunning mountain ski view – absolutely breathtaking! We spent the next day skiing until 5 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Peter, nuestro conductor y guía, nos recogió y mostró una gran pasión en su interacción. Nos dejó en nuestro hotel (Holiday Inn) y fue puntual al día siguiente para recogernos de vuelta a Seúl. Esquiar fue genial, ya que no había mucha gente y seguía nevando. La habitación del hotel era grande y espaciosa, pero el único inconveniente fue que el hotel no proporcionaba cepillo de dientes. En general, una gran experiencia.

It was cold at -8 degrees Celsius when we were there. We were so lucky that it snowed on the second day when we were taking ski lessons. We had a lot of fun, learned how to ski, and tried taking the ski lift and skiing down the hill. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. We will come again next time :)

Pyeongchang is really fun, and the hotels are good. Transportation from Seoul to the hotel in Pyeongchang is easy. The package offered is good for us to enjoy the snow and play all day without getting tired. My kids love this place very much. Thanks, Klook, for this package. We will come again with a Klook package.

One of the most memorable experiences we had as a family! My family and I had elders in our group, so they couldn't ski. We also just found out that the ski lift is only one way (unlike in Japan where you can also use the gondola going down). So, our elders just wore ski boots and took pictures, haha.

Lotte City Hotel Myeondong'dan alma sorunsuzdu. Bir rehber sizi karşılamak için oradaydı ve dışarısı dondurucu -4 derece olduğu için otel lobisinde beklememizi rica ederek çok düşünceli davrandı. Otele ulaşmak 3 saatten az sürdü, saat 11'de vardık, bu çok erkendi çünkü Holiday Inn sadece saat 15:00'te check-in'e izin veriyordu. Etrafta dolaştık, öğle yemeği yedik ve otel resepsiyonuna geri döndük. Bir sıra vardı, ancak yerel halktan VIP gibi görünen bir bekleme listesine öncelik vermemiz istendi.. Liste önceden paylaşılmamıştı bile. Konaklamanın geri kalanı iyiydi. Odadaki ısıtma merkezi olduğu için sıcaklığı kontrol edemiyorsunuz, ancak çoğunlukla dayanılabilirdi. Paket kayak lifti ve kayak kiralama içeriyordu. Yerel bir dükkandan gözlük almanız veya kendi gözlüğünüzü getirmeniz gerekiyor, kask kiralama KRW$5K da dahil değildi. Seul'e geri otobüs yolculuğu, yardımcı olacak bir rehberle iyiydi.

The shuttle bus arrived on time and took us to the resort safely! Great experience!
